Great store, amazing variety and their website offers more. Price is a little heavy for some products but still one of my new favourite places.

'In stock' items may not necessary be in stock. Bought a model kit that was listed as 'in stock' only to find out on the day of pick up that it is out of stock. No notice or message from the team earlier to inform the sudden changes in stock. Not a shop you can trust for timely gifts such as Christmas.

Order shipped very quickly to Spain and well protected. I will repeat again, the display case is amazing.

Excellent customer service and an easy to use website that encourages user feedback and participation. I get all the 1: 18 scale Joytoy Warhammer figures through sugo toys and their prices are miles better than the competition.

I have to give Sugo Toys a 5/5 star review. I have purchased multiple statues from them and majority of times, I have been left satisfied. My most recent experience was frightened when a statue arrived with major fitment issues. However, Sugotoys were happy enough for me to bring the statue back to the warehouse and have it assessed by the team. Once the item was found to be defective, I was issued with a full refund. This experience has pushed me to provide them with a fantastic review, because there are no other resin statue suppliers around who would provide this level of customer service. Thank you Sugo toys and keep up the great work for us all.

Disappointed order came with the box damaged and coated in dust and grime. The box it was shipped in was too tight a fit for the box not sure if the damage was from the warehouse or from shipping. Was able to fix with a bit of steam and some pressure but overall pretty disappointing especially for a collector.

Sugo toys has been on of my go-to's for figures and statues that are in Australia. They have import stock that you would normally wouldn't find in other stores. The prices are competitive and they offer payment plans that I am so thankful they have, as I wouldn't be able to to get these figures otherwise. I haven't had any issue with Sugo Toys over the last few years.

I'll be very very reluctant to pre order from sugo in the future

There's lack of updates and even when places like popcultcha have the stock in, even small businesses, you're still waiting for your pre order

Oh and ALWAYS pay the extra few bucks for the lost item guarantee all of the time.

Amazing place to purchase much loved, hard to get items available from many different fan favourites. Comes packaged well, shipped quickly, communication is thorough. Any questions you have, they are happy to answer via phone and email.

Great prices and their delivery fee for the figure I ordered was also really reasonable. Already ordered more from them

Bought a figure over 2 years ago they canceled raised the price on me when I had pre-ordered the item. They won't answer my messages online either about this.

Hot Toys Iron Man MK V sixth scale figure (reissue).

I absolutely love this HT version of the Iron Man Mark V suit, the detail is amazing and you can appreciate the quality of the product.

The bad part…I had to wait 6 months for this item to arrive! This is completely unacceptable. SUGO TOYS had the item available as a pre-order back in June 2022 for an estimated delivery around August 2022, I thought waiting 2-3 months isn’t too bad. As it turns out, I had to contact their customer service department every month after August for updates and every time I got the same lame excuse about delays from their supplier overseas. I find that odd as the Iron Man MKV was available at Sideshow as well as other retailers months ago. Another thing I must point out is SUGO Toys’ ridiculous and unfair terms & conditions, not giving customers a deposit back if they wish to cancel pre-ordered items.

SUGO Toys do have some cool products but be wary when considering pre-orders as you could potentially wait a very long time. Had I known it would take 6 months for my order, I would’ve shopped elsewhere.

Sharing my experience. Just received my first resin statue which I've been waiting for ages. Parcel was fully wet and the art box was already soggy and when I tried to open it broke like a piece of brisket. Statue was wet and there were minor paint drop which I managed to clean and dry. I've asked if they can get the art box for me because that is what I've paid for and I do collect the art box but sugo said:
sorry to hear that, we did our best, complain it to your delivery company.
Maybe it's normal for overseas ordering but before knowing sugo I've never ever had this problem as the packing was done seriously and even I receive my figure in a thunderstorm day it was good as new.
After drying statue was okay and sugoys price is actually good hence I'm giving 2 but my experience is 1.

Quite happy with the store and love the packing they take great care in shipping. Good customer service too
