This is without a doubt one of the worst tips to use in Sydney. As it is a tip I'm not expecting it to be spotless however in comparison to most other tips in Sydney this is a cesspool- oil spills, uncontained garbage floating about and just general lack of care is abundant here.

Furthermore every member of staff at this tip is either a) unhelpful b) incredibly rude/disrespectful c) confrontational or d) a combination of all.

Save yourself the hassle of having to deal with all of this and go elsewhere. I know that I will be.

Something is not right about how this tip is operating. Been there a few times hardly had a good experience. Last weekend topped it off - the place was absolutely filthy (yes I know its a tip), dumping area up top was disgusting, rubish everywhere had to drive through it, bin chickens and birds everywhere eating the rubbish, id estimate around 50 birds up there, poor lighting, dumped matresses in the open at the bottom of the ramp in the rain. Previously been told off by workers up top yelling at drivers where to dump out of their tractor (not clear at all / no signs). Wont be back especially after discovering Lucas Heights tip which is clean, organised and has friendly staff.

Carton bins fill up in 2 hrs and get collected after 2 to 3 weeks. They send you to Auburn or Lucas Heights.simple solution is to collect twice a day.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Facility was easy to navigate and moved at a very good speed.

The old blonde haired lady at the weigh station is an absolute stain for your business. She’s never smiling always does her best to be unhelpful and rude. Get some new staff with a nice approach to the people that choose to spend their money at your business. You’ve just lost a $900 load because of her. Never coming back

Useless business hours, very untidy and ugly grounds, salty female staff and lecherous males keen to drool over your wife

Absolutely nothing wrong with the service here. They aren't going to roll the red carpet out for you. Its a tip.
All prices are clearly marked as you drive in. Seemless transaction. In and out within 15 minutes.
No rudeness in anyway shape or form.

The worst experience ever.one of the staff Daniel started screaming at me and few other customers close by using extremely rude langue, you f.ing pri.cs move you f.ing trailers away.etc. His colleague has directed us to park our trailers there just before he came. If he would do his work instead of barking at people, everything would go much faster. Not far from fight him off today. If you want to avoid trouble go elsewhere!

Bad attitude reception! Tattooed lady on neck, she was so rude! I’ve been at many Suez at different areas, believe me, here is awful!

Always had great experiences and I use this facility all the time. It’s the only one nearby that takes green waste. Cheers

Massive rip off. $80 to drop off a small amount of timber off cuts and two small pieces of glass.

Its a place that you better take a lot of rubbish or it will cost a lot. But having that, there pretty good.

Blonde female in weigh bridge office extremely rude. I am aware other feedback on the person was submitted but it seems the company does not take action to rectify this behavior.

Very smelly and VERY expensive for 6 green rubbish bags of green waste $63.00 ridiculous no wonder people dump rubbish on the side of the road.

Very interesting to see what goes on there. Unfortunately you do need to pay a minimum of $80 to throw your stuff away.

I was the first customer to arrive at depot on Saturday to throw some cardboard. Staff was very rude. Had to walk 10 metres & climb steps to drop off cardboard into recycling machine about 4-5 metres high. Told her I have a bad back & too risky & hazardous to climb steps with wet floors as well. She said too bad, otherwise I have to pay $80. Poor customer service & hazardous design. Never going there again.

A big thank you to the staff at Suez Rockdale. Whilst my truck of rubbish was being unloaded, looking like a deer in the headlights, they were kind enough to shelter me in their office and wait for a taxi. Thank you ladies, most kind of you!

$77.00 for and old chair! No wonder Rockdale and Brighton curb sides are littered with illegal dumping

Went there with a car load of cardboard to drop off. Was told it was a minimum $77 charge to drop it off.
Better off just dropping it into landfill bins!

Ripoff.so expensive here. Their way more expensive then elsewhere however had to tip today so had no choice.
