SUEZ Auburn Resource Recovery Centre

This is the second time I've attempted to drop off cardboard in the last 2 weeks & each time it is full. On the website it claims everything is back to normal. Can the website be updated correctly, as I'm travelling from a distance, paying tolls & trying to dispose of waste correctly

I’ve been using this facility many many times in the past as I’m running a business and is required a lot of mixed tipping, I was very happy with their service however until today, that big white fat Karen with glasses who works at the weight station was unreal, extremely rude, racist, full screaming her lungs out and shouting at the boys ONLY due to the lack of English they speak.the name of “Karen” says it all. Cleanway, mate what’s going on?

Nice and quite at the time I was there (7pm).
Reasonable pricing, and offcourse they allow hand off loading which I needed it after being to 3 other compa ies in 1 day, which they don't allow manual off loadings anymore.

Bad service, it takes a long time to get into the shed to get empty.
Workers takes their time.
Beware. Don't go to the tip here.

Everyday waiting to tip truck. 20-30 mins for there morning toolbox. Some days I have waited 3hrs to tip off.
My company loses money in wages everyday waiting to tip.

When they're loading a truck on the opposite side of the building to where you hand unload the refuse to let anybody in the shed despite there being massive void separating you from the machinery.every bloody time I go to this place you have to wait on the ramp outside the shed for at least 20 minutes.they are the only waste transfer in Sydney that does this stupid terrible place

Drove 40mins to this tip. Christmas hours updated to show Saturday closed at 5pm. Got there and the tip had shut 4pm. Why update your trading hours to the WRONG shutting time!? Useless

Website says Mon-Friday open 24 hours. Got there at 4: 45am on Monday and was told that they don’t usually open until 6: 00am and that this is why they don’t put a sign up out the front with opening hours. No respect for peoples time whatsoever.

We drove out here after being told the waste centre in Rockdale is only taking tipping vehicles at this time. Thankfully this well organised spot is handling both tipping trucks and hand unloads. Very friendly lady at the weighing station yesterday morning and afternoon (21/08/2022). There was a slight queue when we arrived but moved fairly well (maybe 20-30 minute wait). Three vehicles are allowed in at a time, reverse to the barrier, and jump out to unload. Very therapeutic after a crazy weekend of moving.

Been using this place for a while but from about a month or so they just state "tipping vehicle only" and now unable to use this place anymore

Visited the dump site to get rid of furnitures. I think the site should be better managed - when customers are dumping their wastes by hand - the bulldozer should pause - when it operates next to you there are too much dust fumes and toxic liquid moisture in the air.

Helpful staff but. They don't sort green waste separately. It all gets dumped together. Also, due to the misting system used to reduce airborne dust, there is always a layer of putrid slime on the ground where you dump the waste. On a positive note, they do seem to take site safety seriously.

My first time using the facility and it is very straight forward and affordable!

For a rubbish dump, the facility is extremely well-maintained to reduce odors and landfill messiness

When dropping things off, bulldozers were concurrently filling up the same pit we were dropping ours. The dust and fumes were unbearable and made my brother and I sick. This was unacceptable and should be better managed. We spoke to someone at the the weighbridge. Hopefully will bring about improvements.

Easy to dump off. Lady at weigh bridge is an absolute star! What a pleasure to deal with. Easy access to dump point for both cardboard and general.

Worst service. They do not deserve any star. They inspect my rubbish and want to charge more than what I usually pay. I took my rubbish somewhere else. I rather pay more than deal with stupidity.

Most expensive and dysfunctional tip, not to mentioned the dirtiest and smelliest. Only come here if you REALLY have to, otherwise there are other cheaper and better organised alternatives near by.

Sita suez is a ripoff people.
They charge all materials as a dry waste even recycling one.
They making the big bucks by stealing from your pocket.
I wonder why people do illegal dumping.
I wonder when dog watchers will pay more attention to such companies.
