Mr. John Lee and the receptionist were very friendly, quick to respond and thorough. John explained things step by step to my mother and I while being extremely patient when I was searching through my paperwork and emails for relevant documents for my tax lodgement. I wasn't able to grab the receptionist's name but I did overhear her patiently explain directions to a customer who was lost.
