I ordered veggie patty, and I had a stomach ache next day. Veggie patty little cold and they didn’t add sauces as much I have asked.

The presentation is good and the food was also delicious. I want to recommend to everyone. Just come and order your food and get the food you want.

Everything is amazing about subway. However the price here is a lil bit high compared to the gosford one. I think the difference is just few cents or a dollar. Anyway, subway is always an extra added veggies and no oil and yumm

Was in on October 15th 2022, Australian Legal Tender Of Cash Wouldn't Be Accepted, one female staff was rude and lazy, kept dropping the drinks on the counter and didn't give a rat's rear end, had to use the subway app to pay for the meal and was asked "How Much Of The Credit Did I Want To Use To Pay For The Meal" i told her "Ahh Only For The Sub Drink And Biscuits" some youngster's really are Darth, only want to show up and only put in 1 or 2% effort in for the whole shift and and expect to be paid, struth i done more in fives minutes of my work then what some youngster's would in there whole career. CASH IS SUPREME KING AND VERY LEGAL TENDER, ALWAYS HAS BEEN, ALWAYS WILL BE

I waited in line for 15 minutes watching two staff members make one persons subway order. The line was to the door and the urgency was non existent. Incapable. Worked at snails pace and could not make a subway. One subway to cut in half and add meat took her 5 minutes. I don’t know how this girl got a job. I wish she had a name badge so I could name her. We left to go to another subway and on the way back, the SAME people were still in line. What a joke.

I wasn’t impressed with the way one of the workers was working last week, she was blonde girl and young who had glasses, was actively ignoring another girl who seemed to be older than her and knew what she was doing, she didn’t listen to me when I asked for my sub to be toasted. Another girl who looked to be clearly new also kept coming out to talk to her and they kept making unnecessary conversation? The older girl had to keep taking over and it was very frustrating

Do not go here. The owner of this store Amarjit is a creep. The way he treats his staff and constantly watches them and customers on his cameras constantly is disgusting and disturbing. The staff are lovely however they are constantly stressed because the owner does not put enough staff on and he constantly phones them while they are trying to serve and abuses them. I could literally hear him screaming through the phone at a poor girl there because she has not answered it…. She was busy serving me, I felt bad for her, No one should have to be abused like that. We will make the extra effort to go to Gosford or Erina store in future.

Ok establishment. Went around 6pm Saturday, it was busy but service was slow due to only one attendant working. The ingredients no longer have labels like they did in the past.

Third time ordering delivery, twice now the food has been delivered incomplete and without phone call before hand.we will then call up and be told they didn't have stuff for the order. Why not just cancel the order with a phone call. This place is rude and unhelpful. I would rate 0 if possible.

Lack of customer service apparent, balled up my wrap like they were going to use it as a baseball, 10 minutes to get a wrap and footlong, then had to repeat order about 3 times.

Worst service I have ever had, the rudest staff, I asked for a bag for the two subs and she threw it at me. The female staff member stared aggressively at me the entire transaction. They Ran out of everything, tomato, cheese, bread all at 1pm lunch time rush hour. Will never go back there

This store offers the $5 Subs range, which a lot of stores (including the new West Gosford store) do not!

Will not accept menulog orders as they are too lazy to bother. Poor service. Monkeys have better work ethic.

Went to this subway yesterday AND today. My subway was perfectly toasted and always tastes nice and fresh. The girls on the line both yesterday and today were lovely.

Jamie is amazing! We see her work quite often and she always creates the best subs, perfectly toasted. After working 5+ years managing and working in a Subway store it is nice to know there is another Subway my family and I can go that we experience professional service with a smile and it's tasty too!
