Subway

Poorly made wrap. Was toasted but was cold on the inside. Couldn't even eat it without it falling apart. This is absolutely horrible. Highly recommend not going here.

Big fly problem which is a concern.

The staff were pumping Indian music very loud im not a racist or anything or a Karen but the music was terrible and worse at that level staff seemed too be arguing in whatever language and was very off putting.

New young Aussie fella in there, best subway I’ve had in 15 years
He needs a pay rise asap, clearly takes his job seriously and doesn’t just slap it together like the rest of them do

My daughter has been vomiting for 3 hours. Approach with caution.

This shop does not honour their closing times. Arrived there at 7: 45pm, pretty close to closing so if they were cleaning up or something I'd understand. However, I see through the window as I approach the store two employees sitting and having a chat and on the sandwich counter are two freshly toasted subs half made and waiting for the salads - the employees' dinners. Nothing has been put away, all the food is still out. I stand there waiting and nobody comes out so I call out "Are you guys closed? ". I hear a "Yes. " from around the corner. They don't even bother coming out from the back. So I leave, walk around the side and see through the window the two employees just sitting there having a chat.

If your advertised closing time is 8pm, you should probably close at 8pm. Further, if you have half made sandwiches for yourselves out on the counter that you're going to have to finish making, but you can't be bothered making one for a customer during operating hours, then don't work there.

Ordered online, was told to pick up at 6: 45pm. Upon arrival at 6: 50pm, there was a line out the door with one person on staff. Was made to wait behind everyone else (people now ordering well after I had), and when she finally started making my order 40 minutes after it was placed, they had run out of the bread chosen - after I watched her use the bread I had chosen for the customers she chose to serve before me. When asked for a refund due to the poor service she called her manager, with food gloves still on and spoke to them for 10 minutes before coming and denying any refund. The Woy Woy store has become truly horrible, with both service and cleanliness. I won't be ordering from them any more.

Really bad food hygiene. The lady serving me stop to look at her phone while the toaster oven was on. There no point in wearing gloves if your going to use your phone while making my sandwich.

I decided it'll be best not to eat the food she prepared.

Had a poor experience, ordered online and they put barely any of the chosen ingredients on. They also gave less cookies than we ordered. Not good value for money.

Last time i went there, they managed to f up a meatball sub. I actually went to the noodle shop next door, awesome food there.

Order with extra cost about $5 extra but got less then a normal one it was ordered online, it depends who makes it one a feast

In my time, I have been to many subway restaurants and I can honestly say this place is like any other subway. Same food, service has always been good, price is the same and the only difference of course is location which is good, and also seating isn't to bad either.

I recommend getting the six inch fish sub with a choc chip cookie and the chocolate drink. This will set you back around $8.00-$10.00 mark, which is ok in price.

As subway is cheap, quick and some what healthier than McDonalds or KFC, I will be back.

At 1pm they were out of the healthy breads and only had white, tomato were green, lettuce and cucumber were frozen, beetroot was off, and the white bread was doughy. All in all it was a bad experience.

Get subway from this one often but it is very hit and miss, the chicken schnitzel sizes are way to big for the buns and by the time you take one bite it all just cones out.clean fresh food but there making is very hit and miss.

Decent food. One girl was new and being trained. She was having a hard time and instead of helping the other staff just rolled there eyes ar her. Pretty poor co workers

Horror show, she didnt fold it so when opened it was everywhere. A JOKE. I love subway but this was pathetic

Lovely young lady this time who even smiled and chatted while making our subs. The toppings were fresh and the area was clean and tidy. There cookies are AMAZING!

I like Subway but I refuse to ever give them another dime. Stingy mongrels. I've given them chance after chance, over the past 9 months, but the last visit finished it for me. They gave me 3 meatballs on my wrap, I asked for 1 more (wasn't even getting any salad, just meatballs n cheese), they said "that'll cost you another $3.00"! For ONE meatball. Disgraceful money hungry thieves. Avoid this place at all costs! Also, flies sit on the salad and they don't even care! Unbelievable!

Doors were left open and multiple flies were buzzing around the store and I'm the salad area. This wasn't too terrible as most of the salads had kids. But then server decided to place multiple open sandwiches on the bench as she put salad on one or two. Watched as three customers were served sandwiches that had been walked over by flies and asked server to put mine back in oven so it wouldn't have a fly on it. She didn't. Flies walked over it several times.
Could not eat the sandwich and she got annoyed because I said I would not pay for it.

Avoid this subway. Have found them to be stingy with fillings, only receiving 4 slices of ham on a foot long ham sub when it should be 8. Bread is usually flat.

Avoid in summer as the staff don’t bother to cover most of the food containers and have seen flies crawling on the food. Tables and floor are often dirty.
