29I just sent my daughter in today to pick up my order. They could not have been more difficult to a 12 year old girl. They made her sit and wait for me to call her with a confirmation number despite her having id showing her name matching the order. I hope you feel good about trying to bully a little girl.
The bread was stale and the staff member was not wearing cap, the bread could break anyone's teeth
Without a doubt, the worst Subway store I've ever stepped foot in. Not only their veggie delight salad is a lot more expensive compared to other branches and put very little of everything and refuse to add anything more, when I asked why, the store owner's attitude was appalling. Disgusting attitude.
The moment I entered and approached the young Indian girl for my bread type, I could sense her attitude was a bit weird. True enough, she does not know what service is. The way she asked how I wan my sandwich done was so unfriendly. When I requested for my foot long sandwich to be cut into half and packed separately, she said that she couldn't do that. I told her that my sandwich from Subway is always packed into 2, and she replied not in this shop. OMG! I told her that I had done it before in this shop and explained that I wana to have 1 half for dinner and the other for breakfast. I also highlighted to her that this is the 1st time my request has been rejected. Guess what's her reply? She said, "Okay, didn't I already pack into 2 for you already? " What a great staff Subway has. Customer paid to get irritated by your swanky and arrogant staff.
Absolutely pathetic service. I had 2 separate footlong subs and the server (new fellow called Maddy) refused to give me another bag. Just rubbish. Subway needs to teach the new servers some manners. I will never buy from this outlet again!
Nice healthy food I prefer subway as I need to stay away from fast food and most Asian cuisine.
I've never experienced such a bad taste in any of Subway locations not in just Australia, globally as well. Wouldn't recommend anyone this place
They get the job done, but honestly, I feel that my food could be served with more enthusiasm and care, and not just putting everything together while talking in their languages. If it wasn't because I already know what they offer I wouldn't be coming back to find out.
It's food! And it's supposed to nourish you! But why not with a happy face? And with a kind attitude that tells me I'm welcome and not just trying to grab my money fast and for me to leave?
Put less of everything to save cents while charging for large bowl!

Recently I visited this store, staff are really friendly. I said I’m a vegetarian, staff (if I’m correct his name is Maddy) has changed his gloves and made zero contact with meat, which I haven’t seen in any other stores.
I reach at 8 30 but its still closed its Saturday it said to be open at 8 but still closed if you can’t open at 8 why did you have the notice to be open at 8 am

Worst experience at a Subway ever. The manager at this Subway is incredibly rude and miserable. The counter lady misheard my order, and when I pointed out the mistake, the manager came out and started scolding me for not paying attention to the ingredients that were put in, and told me I should know the difference between the Subway sandwiches.
The manager is unprofessional, and he was also nasty to the poor lady at the counter who made the accident. Can't imagine what he is like when the customer isn't looking.
The ingredients also looked stale, and the quality of the food certainly does not warrant the manager's attitude.
There could have been a more professional way of outlining store policy, instead of aggressively blaming me and the cashier for the wrong food order.
I just watched on in horror as the person making my sub put the transaction through on the cash register and keyed in the eftpos amount wearing the same pair of gloves that she proceeded to put into the produce containers and all over my sandwich. I think that someone who doesn't understand or care about food safety really shouldn't be working there!
I just wanted to say I stopped coming here because they started being stingy with the portions putting less fillings on my sub. Obviously they are trying to save resources but If they do that then I'd rather not buy from here and go somewhere else.
Service is good when it comes to lunch hours as the make owner will stand at the counter taking money if you visit rest of the time the staff behave like they don’t want to serve you.

Really bad customer service for the nepalese guy if im not wrong his name was PRANAATH.
Here is the story” my girlfriend ordered a gluten free wrap and she was asking for more lettuce and he seems not happy at all and speaking in nepalese language in front of customer
And also the wrap were really hard and you still serve to the customer? Really?
We came to this store so many times not only 1 times it was alright but today was tottaly different.
Finnaly my girlfriend end up asking for refund and i can see 1 of your team member showing really bad attitude in front of me, do you think we came to ask free food? Bro i used to work in subway Before anyway we not gonna come to this store anymore.
I know you only lost 1 customer you doesnt care much.

I’ve been coming here for years since it has opened. Since new management the staff here are terrible.
Come in upon opening and was given yesterday’s bread.will no longer come back. Rather go 7/11 and get a sandwich
