We used Sam from Sublime to manage our rental property for the past couple of years. Sam and his team have always been responsive, providing us with peace of mind knowing that the tenant was in good hands. Any maintenance requests were raised with us promptly, allowing us to ensure the tenant is happy and secure in their home.

When it came time for us to sell the property, using Sam to manage the sale was a no-brainer. Sam was open and transparent about the price we could expect in the current market. There were no false expectations created. After each open home Sam would call and provide us feedback about the number of people that came through, and their overall interest including the range they thought the property was worth. Sam's ongoing communication put us at ease and helped lower our stress during the first property sale we have ever made.

As a result of Sam's campaign, we ended up getting a much higher price than we had expected initially. We can't thank Sam enough for his time, expertise and personable nature in handling this for us. We now have some extra funds to put towards our family home purchase!

David and the team were great to deal with for the duration of our sydenham rental. They were always responsive, always ready to fix any issues there may have been with the house, and released our full bond upon our lease ending quickly and with no problems. Thanks team!

Great experience with professionalism second to none
Despite the downturn in the property market, being June 2022 when we put our property on the market, Sam kept a positive attitude towards the sales process. He was showing our property twice a week for a few months even though there were tenants who had to be reminded to tidy up.
There were several ridiculous offers which Sam managed to deflect so that it wasn't disheartening for us to hear. Sam kept us informed after each viewing and gave us honest feedback, opinions and valuable advice.
It was a great relief when he got the best buyer for our treasured property and we are more than happy to recommend Sam to anyone wishing to buy, sell or rent in the property market

Have used Sam and Sublime for one year 2021 to 2022 and was not impressed. He said all the right things in the beginning but the service was below average- he put the property on the market for way above the likely price, he used a bunch of super old photos that no longer reflected our nice home and we had to lower the price in the end to find a tenant. I essentially managed the property as I had the tenants number and it made it easier. In the end we decided to sell with a different agent, one that could focus on the details and find a buyer, and Sam became very rude and unresponsive about his duties as a property manager. Very unprofessional.

Expected a good return but not this good!
