I bought my BRZ through the phone when I desperately need the car within couple of weeks time frame.
Staff named Arthur was the guy who helped me to get it done without any trouble or delay.
I got my beautiful BRZ S coupe even faster than I expected, within 2 weeks.

Subaru Castle Hills, they get to the point of customer's needs and look after so well.

I am more than happy to write this review and hope I will get my next car from them again.

Wow what a team! Joe was sensational No matter what my personal requests was Joe did with no problems. Gave updates on cars expected delivery times weekly and never felt like we didn’t know what was happening with our car along the way. Tailored our expectations perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. True honest sales experience from day one, nothing felt like a hassle or inconvenience for the team at Castle Hill they just did the lot no problems. Even pulled strings to meet our pickup deadline with out making us feel like we were pressured into anything. Best car purchase I have ever had and I have purchased a few new cars in my time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe and Arthur if you are looking to purchase a new Subaru. We are super pumped with our purchase, Love it guys!

The sales consultant and the branch manager were very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic in providing a 5-star service to me, especially I needed to collect the new car in a very short period of time. They gave me accurate and instant information about Subaru cars and their advantages over the other cars, and solving the logistics in the delivery of the car in just a few days. I was very impressed by their professional knowledge and friendly services. I will recommend my friends to buy cars from this Subaru showroom in the future.

After my wife and I had shopped at many of the different car dealerships around the hills district district area.

A lot of the car dealerships at Castle Hill, Parramatta, blacktown such as KIA, Nissan etc didn't have any test cars for us to drive (however they were still at the depot) and still needed to pass the ANCAP safety cap rating

So we went with Subaru because we have also heard those cars were good as a family car

When we got introduced to Arthur Galstyan we felt that an instant rapport was felt between the customer and the dealer. Arthur had made such a great first impression by greeting all of his customers in a courteous manner. Arthur made us feel welcome by giving us his full attention and acknowledgement. This may sound simple, but it is one of the most important skills you can learn when dealing with people.

Arthur did not pressure us into buying a car straight away. Given our scenario of my wife being pregnant. He established customer needs.

Arthur was very kind, displayed professionalism and clearly demonstrated his knowledge and passion for cars.

What I liked about Arthur was his use of open ended questions and positive body language to help us find exactly the right car that was based on the customers wants and needs. He had provided us with many different options when it came to buying our first family car.

The very minor things were that some of our extras such as the rubber matts, the boot tray, were on backorder.

When it came to paying the car off in installments. We were instantly provided with quick response emails of confirmation.

Overall my wife and I were very happy to have a new car within the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Could not have picked a better car dealership based on the fact that we were treated with respect, and not just about the company making a profit. Arthur really does care about his customers on a personal level.

We will be referring our friends and family to Castle Hill Subaru.

Had a great experience buying from Subaru Castle Hill. Arthur kept us in the loop with the transportation of our car, and everything went smoothly. Convenient location for us, and we were able to pick a specific vehicle that was already on its way on the boat so the wait time wasn't as much as I was worried it might be. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Shane and Arthur during the enquiry and purchase of our new Forester from Subaru Castle Hill at Castle Towers. Shane answered all my questions patiently and explained key features and was really helpful in getting to a buying decision. The test drive was amazing experience with Shane. The negotiations afterwards and the purchase and after sales process were all great. Arthur demonstrated the car features upon delivery handover. Overall an excellent experience dealing with the team at Castle Towers.

I can't praise Shane and Arthur enough! They made buying a car super easy by giving me all of the information I need and being super transparent. They helped me navigate through all of the more complex papers work and policies by explaining it in an easy way. They are both delightful to talk to and has made me feel like I can contact them if I have any questions about my car, even prior to purchasing. Even when I went to pick up my car, and some paper work wasn't submitted properly by another third party who wasn't Suburu, they went above and beyond and let me drive a brand new test car for a couple of days until the paperwork was sorted even though it wasn't their fault at all. I couldn't recommend these two enough. Also Souhad from finance was absolutly amazing, she helped me through the process and was delight to speak too

We bought a Subaru Forester from Arthur at Castle Hill Subaru and we’re very pleased with the excellent customer service and knowledge of the car that he provided, and he has done all that is possible to make the sale a positive experience. I had an exceptional experience when I purchased MY23 Subaru Outback Touring from Subaru Castle hill.

My experience with Subaru castle hill and its sales team was extremely pleasant. Impecable service from Shane and Arthur. No intimidating sales pitches, no nonsense covered in suits, not at all pushy and no false promises. Shane with his vast experience of car sales and Arthur with his enthusiasm made me buy the car. Sales Associate Shane was helpful in choosing the right trim and colour, even though the colour of choice was not available they were able to explain the colour using screen in show room and by comparing with other colours. They have explained all the features and during test drive Sales Manager Arthur could show me a live demo of features. They have taken my feed back of using colour pallets to show the car colour positively and pallets were available in dealership when I went for delivery.

Trivett subaru group could work on giving more benefits to customers like free services, additional road side assistance etc. Also the dealership in Castle hill is bit small, it could feature a coffee machine, vending machine for water and bit more space.

Subaru Australia as a whole could work on estimated delivery on new cars and cars in transit. Subaru Australia should consider the rear view mirror to be Smart Rearview Mirror or one with Homelink rather than the just auto dimming like US market for Touring.

Arthur did a phenomenal job helping us to purchase a new car. Having just recently moved to Australia, we found the current car market quite daunting – with little inventory available and long wait times. Arthur took the time to talk us through all our options and answer our many questions. While other dealers had left us feeling deflated with no good options, Arthur was able to find us the perfect car for our family’s needs, and we left feeling excited about our purchase. Highly recommend!
