Extremely pleased and I wanted to summarise my great experience with Stylemaster Patios. They created a unique & bespoke design with stylish add ons that took less than 3 days. The price was competitive but the value was greater. The staff are very professional and efficient: Shay from sales, Nathan the project manager, Troy the tradesman and the admin staff. The attention to detail from start to finish. Nothing was too difficult. I am very happy with the final outcome & everyone is complimenting on such a great design. I highly recommend this company and referred and will be referring to family, friends and my networks in the future!

Leak still not fixed - we need to place a bowl for the water when it rains. They did come and fix it first time - but after the recent heavy rain the leak was worse than ever, in the same. Worse still the brand new gutters are riddled with surface rust throughout inside the gutter (thanks to my husband always checking gutters and clearing them - that this was noticed). The patio has been installed in January and the gutters should not be riddled with rust. Very disappointed and very unhappy.

3 star review has only been given due to the delay in time between first visit till completion. Installer Matt did a sensational job with the build I would recommend to requests in for your build. Product and overall design if I could give 2 sets of star ratings I would allocate a 5 for that. Very happy but only thing was the delays.

Stylemaster recently completed an opening louvred roof at our property. From beginning to end, the process worked smoothly. Chay and Nathan assisted with suggestions and options; Wayne, our builder was meticulous in his work; and the office staff looked after the paperwork efficiently. The end result is a structure which looks great and works well. Thank you.

We have just had our old timber frame and poly carb pergola replaces with a Stylemaster opening louvre patio. I simply love it.
The guys at Stylemaster worked through on going rain bursts to demolish exisiting, put up new spot lights and construct our new patio. It’s whisper quiet, stylish and an attractive addition to our property. All done within 2 days. Thanks Stylemaster.

We had our pergola built with Stylemaster. Chay was excellent in his communication and knowledge. We went through different ideas and got the pros and cons of all options when discussing with Chay. We are very happy with the end result and the whole thing was built with no fuss. The guys who came to build the pergola were also excellent and very fast.

I purchased an open/close roof
Chay was very honest and had great knowledge about the product at quote stage.the turn around time was fine and The actual tradesman Troy did a fantastic and professional job.
Very happy with the end product and the customer service and communication from day 1.would gladly recommend anything that Stylemaster specialize in.

My negative review has been removed so be warned prospective customers.
Stylemaster started a project at my home a week after my husband had a fatal heart attack in late Jan 2019. They left the site in June 19 with many leaking louvre and gable roof spaces.
I’ve even had Dept Fair Trading issue Stylemaster with a Rectification Order and they did not fully comply and refused to come back and finish outstanding works on the rectification order.
Now they have been issued with a Non Compliance with Rectification Order they have decided to come back and action some of those works.
However, they are still leaving me, a woman on her own and aged and disabled with still a major rain water leak. Even though one of their staff have told them how to fix it.
So be warned!
What they say on their internet page is not true!

Very unprofessional!
Requested a quote on Monday, someone from this company tried calling me on Tuesday and Wednesday but I couldn’t answer, they left text messages which I didn’t notice because I was on 12 hr night shifts and busy schedule. Thursday I received the same message but following was added to the message.
“Please don’t be rude and ignore this message and reply. Will take all over 20 seconds to reply. ”

I agree, I requested a quote on their website but I didn’t request a call and follow up everyday, it wasn’t an emergency. You left me a message with your details, I will contact you back when I get a chance or When I am ready for your employee to come over and take measurements.
World doesn’t revolve around your patios.

From start to completion Stylemaster where very professional, Salesman was easy to talk too and a good listener, He designed the job to suit our taste, Price was what we expected
Quality is high.

We recently had and opening roof installed. The staff from first contact through to site visit and installation was first class. The workmanship and attention to detail could not have been any better. Would highly recommend Stylemaster patios.

I am truly delighted with the installation of my new patio awning. I was impressed by the person who came out to give me a quote and he explained everything very clearly about the various types of awnings that I could have before I made any commitment to having it done.

I was advised that the awning could be erected a lot earlier than was originally planned and “Ben” who did the work did an excellent and extremely professional job. Ben worked during one of the very hot days, with a temperature at one stage of 40 degrees which truly amazed me
