They are a friendly team but, sadly, not fully aware of their duty as visa agents and the implications of the incorrect advice they provide regarding student visas, course transfers and applicability for post-graduate visas.

I have made huge life decisions (investing $000's in study fees) based on incorrect advice from Study Bird agents and now face losing my job and deportation from Australia. Study Bird continually fails to take ownership of their mistakes or acknowledge any responsibility for the advice given.

Act on their advice with caution and double-check visa rules and regulations yourself with the Department of Home Affairs.

I have to say a big thank you to Gaetan and his team that helped me to study and stay in Australia when I needed it. They found out what would be the best path to follow and advised me correctly, answered my questions and worries.
