Studiosity

While it is provided for free by my university, the service didn't really help me obtain the highest marks. I just recieved my grade for my report and I am quite disappointed. I felt pretty confident that Studiosity provided enough feedback for me to change the necessary parts of my report. While, I do appreciate they look at things like structure, grammar, spelling and formatting, Studiosity's feedback doesn't look at the relevance and quality of the content/subject. Additionally, I was surprised that I had lost marks on the format of my lab report (a review using search strings) and this is a result of having no feedback during my Studiosity on the type of report structure. It feels like Studiosity gave me false confidence in my work.the only real thing they gave me insurance in was in my grammar. I will only use Studiosity to check grammar and APA formatting, but I won't ever rely on them to check on the consistency and relevance of the subjects I am writing about.

I used Studiosity for the first time submitting an orientation Essay. The feed back was efficient and relevant. By using this tool I feel a lot more confident my submitted essays will be of a higher standard. Thank you

My uni recently switched from a different service and I can only assume Studiosity is a lot cheaper as the service is terrible compared to the old one.
Despite listing in the short text allowed that I am an Australian student, I continue to receive incorrect spelling and grammar feedback.
The feedback files are not suited for viewing on mobile.
The document upload or viewing system butchers formatting of word documents resulting in a focus on unnecessary formatting feedback.
The feedback is rarely useful compared with the previous service which offered specific feedback on sections of my essays and examples showing how I could improve.
I would not recommend Studiosity to anyone wanting essay assistance.

Know i love this website my kids used it to help them with maths competitions and spelling and writing competitions but the thing is in different quizzes or tests there would be questions from other tests and quizzes like in maths my son did a year 5 naplan test then 2 questions from that were in a year 7 quiz that my same kid was doing i dont know if that is a bug/glitch or if that was done puropusly

It is okay some markers give constructive feedback but there are some who will just give you negative feedback throughout and not consider the context of the essays.

Most of the markers I get are from Canada and their grammar is different to the UK, which makes it confusing when the describes something like a comma splicing error.
Also the description box, when you submit the essay, doesn’t allow you to type in the context of your essay at all. I have recently written an informational essay about ASD and the marker didn’t understand that it is not meant to be an argumentative essay because I was unable to fully express the context of my essay.
Students in universities the UK should be assigned to markers who are from the UK or to someone who has successfully qualified in a similar subject.

I always submit my assignments to these guys and they always come back with some wicked points about the structure and grammar that i would have never thought off. You get advice from people that really seem to know what they're talking about.would defiantly recommend if you're a student.

One help to correct my assessments are very judgement and ignorant. At least upload three more times then I could possibly have a whole complete piece. Use this app is only because of a demand from my faculty. It was not worth for it.

Studiosity is just an expensive spell check that is plagued by problems of human preference and interpretation. The people reviewing your work only look at your spelling, grammar, and writing tone but nothing else.

Despite clearly listing the referencing style required, every assignment I've had assessed came back as "please refer to your referencing guide". If you list an assignment as Harvard referencing style or APA referencing style, there is a clear set of rules the reviewer should check but Studiosity doesn't enforce it so no one does it.

People reviewing your work have no experience or understanding of your content and come from fields completely unrelated to your work which makes another massive hole in the Studiosity service. The beauty of online matching is your ability to have a submitter listing the course they're doing and matching people with that background to review it. The people reviewing your work should have relevant backgrounds but another fail from the Studiosity service.

Even without knowing the content of the submitter, they can still read and understand if the content of the assignment is written in a way that is addressing the assignment topic, making a structured arguments, have critical analysis, giving context, etc. You don't need to know the content to do this, If critical analysis isn't provided at all, then they should suggest you provide critical analysis but et once again, another massive failing of Studiosity.

At the end of the day, Studiosity is close to useless doing what Grammarly can easily do without someone wrongly interpretation your work based on your writing style being different from the reviewer. Studiosity is useless and not worth paying for and I wish the University gave us the option to remove this service because they don't deserve to have my money.

You get connected with someone from another country, and if that wasnt funny enough.they lack useful skills, knowledge and academic insight

Its a good website but, it only gives you 14 days of free access. They should make it free like Khan Academy. I recommend you all Khan Academy. There is Math, Physics, Biology, Chemistry and also English

Always submit an assessment to Studiosity prior to submitting it. They no doubt pickup corrections that I always miss. The feedback is a great it gives me the confidence that I have communicated the information that is required effectively. Would not submit an assessment without them.

Studiosity is a really useful tool. It helps to give a second viewpoint on your work, which can really help lift the marks. I use it reguarly and it helps me get good results.

I have used studiosity a couple times to help me with my assignments for my masters degree. Amazing feedback is given, and specific to what I ask to be checked. Not only do I receive feedback on things I could improve on, but I also get positive feedback on things I have been doing well on the assignments, which really boosts my confidence. I would recommend any student to use studiosity!

Love Studiosity! English being my third language I overlook many aspects in English writing, which would affect my grades if not corrected. The tutors give such helpful, detailed, constructive criticism!
