Blue Bay/Toowoon Bay Projects

Studio Leith was instrumental in collating all construction documentation from all parties into the final comprehensive plan set. This enabled all parties to have detailed drawings and work cohesively together. Studio Leith also played a pivotal role in liaising with all required parties to ensure the schedule of finishes chosen was reflected and incorporated into the final plan set for both projects. Studio Leith also did a great job in integrating the engineering plans into the final plan set and liaised with the engineers as required to ensure this task was completed with a high level of detail.

Blue Bay #2 and Ettalong Projects

Studio Leith was a great asset in bringing together the vision we had for both of these projects to life. Studio Leith was helpful, diligent, and patient with us whilst we made changes and ensured they captured our design feedback perfectly with updated plan sets. From reviewing and integrating all design documentation into the plan set, Studio Leith played a key role ensuring the plans were always up to date with any changes/feedback along the way. The architectural design that Studio Leith possesses is really something special and watching the project come to life is just awesome to see! At all times Studio Leith integrated all feedback, changes and listened to our feedback and always provided their own thoughts and feedback to assist along the way. Really great company and people to work with.

Cannot thank Studio Leith enough, the experience and knowledge was proven when our build was completed. The whole build process was very overwhelming but knowing we had Daniel there every step of the way made it easy, the layout and design has changed our lives, turned our tiny 3 bedroom home, into our dream home.
