Had this company do a warranty report for Harvey Norman, they tried saying a broken lounge structure was general wear and tear not covered 2 years in the 5 year warranty. Even Harvey Norman agreed their report made no sense and eventually overruled them.

I dealt with studio leather and fabrics for the first time. Had an ETA for the arrival of the replacement covers, and within that time period I got an update and they arrived and instantly booked the time of installation over the phone. Adrian was awesome to deal with, he arrived on time and gave plenty of notice and replaced the covers hassle free. Highly recommend purchasing the warranty, especially for that piece of mind that you will be well looked after should anything go wrong.

As part of a warranty claim, I have been dealing with Studio Leather & Fabrics. The experience so far has been nothing but exemplary. The communication and assistance from office staff has been professional and so helpful. The claim was assessed by Adrian - who arrived punctually and went above and beyond to investigate and explain the issue's I am experiencing with my lounge suite. I am very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Studio Leather & Fabrics.

I am extremely happy with the help I have received to resolve problems I have had with a tilt chair. Everyone, from office staff to technicians, has been courteous, competent and knowledgeable.

Our cat recently decided the best place to throw up was on our lounge headrest leaving a stain. Thankfully Adrian came out with his bag of tricks and now the stains are gone and looks like new again. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to remove stains/refresh their lounge.

Adrian is very friendly and professional. He comes to our place on time and call us in advance to make sure everything is on plan. He did really an amazing job on our sofa which has a lots of spots. After he cleaned it, it looks as good as new. Definatly recommend him and will use his service again.

Adrian came out to remove a couple of stains covered by our fabric warranty through Nick Scali. He did an excellent job and provided some good advice for DIY spot cleaning for future incidents, also covered a quick mark that had occurred since lodging the warranty claim for nothing.

Adrian came to my place to remove the heavy stains from my couch and did an awesome job. He arrived on time and removed all the stains, even the ones I thought were going to be impossible and did it quickly as well with no trouble at all. I would recommend Adrian and studio leather & fabrics to anyone who needs stains or marks removed from their furniture. 10/10 service!

I had Adrian from studio leather & fabrics come out I must say I'm a very picky person when it comes to cleaness and stains on my couches. But the stain was out of my control I had a few chocolate stains that wouldn't come off. Adrian was really professional and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The before and after was amazing! I will definetly recommended studio leather & fabrics to anyone that needs there fabric couches cleaned. Super happy client! Thank you so much!

Great service from Adrian and great communication leading up to the appointment. There was black make-up stain on our fabric lounge which I was unaware of and Adrian removed it with ease. So happy with the result. I will definitely be having our lounges cleaned by this company again. Thank you.

Our fabric couch was drawn all over by our 2 year old with a black pen. In just 30 minutes it looks like new, such a great job. Turned up on time, explained the work they did. Couldn't be happier with a great home service. Highly recommended.

Very thrilled with Studio Leather and Fabrics. Trusted repairer and cleaner with Proud's Furniture, Taren Point. Second time I have used this company and this time on a 7 year old custom couch that is constantly used by my cats and kids. I was starting to think that the fabric was never going to look as good as new but thanks to Studio Leather and Fabrics, it has come up a treat. Sure showing the signs of age, but I could not fault the job done by this company. So much care taken and really worked hard to get my couch looking as good as it can. Tough job on a well used couch, love it, thank you! Cant wait to buy some new cushions to suit my new paint job and clean couch! Will absolutely use you guys again! Thanks!

Don't get trapped with extended warranty! It only covers you at the address it was delivered at.or so they say! One of the many excuses companies like these come up with to not honour their warranty. Very unhappy with the responses and service. $120 of complete WASTE.
