Structerre engineering very unprofessional, certainly do not care for their customers. Design knocked back by Council and then refuse to fix after they have been paid.
Look elsewhere. Once the initial work was completed and the bulk of payment was made, it took weeks and multiple emails and calls which were ignored, to get a response. Not only that, the price of final work was increased due to their own delays, yet no responsibility was taken.
From the State Manager Robert & his team, I have experienced great support and open discussion regarding options to final design when seeking the most economical and robust solutions.
Very please with their communication. Arrived on time for a soil test. Report issued same day. Very friendly and explained things quite well.
