Strive Fitness 24/7 Smart Gym

I called 6 months ago to cancel my membership. They won't cancel my membership and keep charging unless I physically go in, in person which I can't do. Will be going to fair trading with this for a full refund.

Great gym with all the equipments you need. Classes are so worth doing. You defiantly feel it the next day. Reasonably priced for what you are getting. Most gyms around the area are more expensive compared to strive.

Good facilities, had an amazing protein drink maker and excellent machines. Very up to date gym and friendly staff

Good Equipments and nice ambience.
Its a bit small in size so gets a little conjusted when there are 25-30 people working out at the same time.

I loved going to strive fitness. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The machinery was great to work with and it has a great atmosphere. I would recommend going there to anybody.

Strive Marsden park has a really good fitness vibe with good equipments and friendly staff. I have been going there for almost for an year and I really like the place.

The gym has a good range of equipment and a convenient location. Some machines needed maintenance. The reason for my rating is that it is so poorly ventilated and AC/fans are often not on. I was told AC/fans are controlled via the manager’s phone only which is bizarre to me because they are not always in the gym to determine temperature. It really made working out unenjoyable. Also, keep in mind you can only cancel your contract in person and with 4 weeks notice which made things difficult as I was quite sick for weeks but had no choice but to keep paying during that period. I felt like more could have been done from management to be reasonable if a person is in that position. Thank you.

I live in the US and have been travelling regularly to Australia pre-pandemic.i emailed and called (many times) to request they cancel my membership.i have spoken to Tim directly and emailed 5 times.and yet, after 6 months, they are still taking out payments from my card. When i finally received an email stating that i had to fill out a cancel membership form after 6 months, yet - they didn't sent it to me! Very shady practices and unnecessary waste of my time and money!

Love this Gym. Amazing friendly staff and help to get you up to the speed. Fitness equipments are awesome and keep tracks of my personal setting and all other activities.

Strive fitness is hands down the best gym I've been a member of. New top quality equipment, friendly staff and always clean. The robotic equipment adds a new dimension to your workout with the self spotting capabilities and various resistance modes. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking.

Love this place. Myself and husband been a member for more than a year now. Great equipments, friendly staff. Parking is a problem some times, otherwise no complaints.

Good gym but needs some fixing up its looking old already. Wish they had a standard or recumbent exercice bike missing some basic equipment as its quite small.

Eric is a great trainer helps and provide assistance all time when it's needed he's friendliest soul in this gym. So happy that I've joined Strive Fitness 24/7.

I love this place! The technology is awesome, it like having a personal trainer at every session. Yet to try the classes but heard the Yoga class is well worth it! Can’t wait:)

I started at this gym over a month ago specifically to take part in the group classes. I was actually very nervous at first as I had never done anything like this before. However the staff and fellow gym members make you feel very welcome and our trainer Eric is awesome! Highly recommended!

Having been a member of multiple gyms in the past and stepping into Strive Fitness, could Immediately tell how much newer and innovative the equipment were inside.

Tracking your progress to achieve you desired fitness goals has never been easier!

Awesome gym, great staff, friendly environment and convenient location! Thanks to Erik and his boot camp classes I have been able to stay motivated and as a result I have become fitter and stronger within a few months. I love it!
