I had recently enrolled during a sale time in strive gym paramatta for a 6 month unlimited package. I was supposed to be billed only from 2 Feb but i got mail mentioning 28 dollar penalty fee which was mentioned as rejected from bank eventhough bank has enough fund.
When I checked in the front desk they mentioned that it's a penalty fee for not attending the classes which i had booked and that was not mentioned during the enrollment time.
I checked with some of the members there as well and they said they are also not aware of it. And when i asked the lady in reception to show me where it's mentioned in the contract she suggested that my class was getting late and to carryon with class and that she will show me after class or sent via mail or msg.

And after class nobody was there in front desk maybe bcs it was 8 30 and i haven't received any mail or msg yet on where it's mentioned in contract.

If there was any penalty for not showing up it should have been mentioned before while enrollment and the response which I got from the lady in reception was also not a pleasant one. I did feel a little disparity towards me.

I would expect to get this issue resolved or atleast show me where it's mentioned even I paid the penalty.

I had a zumba class today. I attended it. Still it's showing 10 dollar penalty in the app for not attending today's class and even after paying the previous penalty.

Hope this issue will be looked into and I expect to get a resolution.

Rest everything about this gym is usually good with friendly trainers and good machines but didn't expect this to happen. I have always felt that it's a great place but today's experience was not a pleasant one.

Last month also I got the same mail but the man at the reception was friendly and helpful waved of that amount saying it was a mistake from the application end and nothing was mentioned about penalty back then. If I was made aware atleast that time this would not have happened.

Great 24x7 gym with online smart equipment. Amazing personal trainers and friendly staff. They have Zumba on Wednesday and Thursday which is a great way to break the monotonous gym routine and workout. Highly recommended

Strive Parramatta offers a wide selection of easy to use machines equipment aswell as a dedicated space for squats rack and Deadlift platforms! What more could you need!

I had a great time training here. They use smart equipment which makes it very easy to train.

Lovely environment with friendly staff. And always stacked up with good equipments. Sun Lee is the best coach.

You need a one month notice to cancel your membership (thats AFTER! Finishing your contract!) Not really what I would call cancel anytime.

Great Gym, all the free weights and cable machines are great but the smart machine seems to be broken every now and then. It would give it a five stars if there was some sort of chest supported rowing machine or T-Bar row machine.

I have absolutely loved being part of the Strive. The gym has a great community vibe and a great variety of classes to help with overall fitness and strength.

Amazing gym, with some great facilities. Especially the Robotic support machines are a game changer.

Strive is honesty the best gym I've ever been to with its consistent weights, air conditioning, clean environment, friendly staff and also the equipments are properly placed in designated areas which are easy to locate and use. 10/10 place would highly recommend!

Great atmosphere, great staff, they make you feel so comfortable especially if you’re a new gym goer like me. I love the variety of machines they have and the quality! Can’t wait to explore more of the gym! Thank you Strive Parramatta!

It was wonderful going to strive and have been very helpful for me in loosing much needed extra weight.

I would give - star if allowed.
Poor management, Won't allow to cancel your membership even the contract ends.

Its alright, not too big, not too small. You have what you need there including sanitary wipes and water bubbler. The automatic Bench Press and Squat - i have seen 1 people use it in more than a year.

Great gym.
Has micro plates, 3 deadlift bars, 2 squat racks and 2 designated dead lift platforms, dead lift jack bar, spacious warm up space upstairs, good facility and accomodating to different types of gym goers.

It was a good experience. Had proper equipments and good ambience. Being 24x7 was an added advantage. Loved it!
