I’m so happy with my furniture. The fabric is beautiful quality and the storage box is sturdy and well-made. They also made it in time so that I could have it before Christmas.

When I visited your showroom at Cremorne, I was shown several sofa beds and folding them out and back was demonstrated thoroughly. Choices of upholstery fabric were indicated and I'm happy with the denim blue linen that our sofa bed is covered in. I live with my husband in a 3 bedroom cottage. Family and friends stay irregularly with us. We found that standard beds take up too much floor space especially when they're used only occasionally, which is why a sofa bed is the right answer for our needs.

My experience with Strictly Comfort was excellent. The lounge and sofa chair were made perfectly.

Cannot recommend these people highly enough. They were wonderful to deal with in store and, their communication was brilliant. I will be going to get some more things from them. Plus the furniture is very high-quality and great value.

We recently purchased a Caprice sofa bed from the floor stock at Strictly Comfort. Due to our age and health issues, the transaction was completely on-line. The staff were polite, helpful and professional and our queries were answered immediately by phone or email. The sofa bed was delivered on 6/7/2022 at the time given, by pleasant and helpful delivery staff. We are most impressed by the quality, appearance and workmanship of our sofa bed and have no hesitation in giving a five star score to Strictly Comfort and a sincere thank you to their staff. I am absolutely delighted with my Caprice Sofabed. From the beginning, obtaining this sofa has been a very gratifying project. The sales staff in the showroom had seemingly endless patience with me. There was a wide choice of high quality fabrics from which to choose and I was given samples to take home and place against other furniture items. I was able to order extras such as armrest covers and extra cushions to go on my recliner chairs. The craftsmanship on the settee is excellent and the bed mechanism is very well engineered. The delivery and installation process was efficient and professional. I look forward to enjoying this superb, bespoke furniture item for many years to come.

I found it easy to find a sofa style that suited (after not finding something suitable at the more renowned sofa stores), and a variety of upholstery fabric which I could pick from.
They were very accurate in providing length of time I needed to wait for my customised sofa design (which is also a fold out bed) to be manufactured, with no extensions on that time which was appreciated. The delivery team were very punctual and careful in my home also.

Helpful staff. Quick to take total payment of goods. Slow and extended delay on delivery. I recommend you ask how long it will take and add extra weeks 4.5 months wait for us for 2 average items. Add lack of an little communications! Condescending staff.

My lovely looking and comfortable Queen bed sofa bed dropped a spring less than 2 months out of warranty. Strictly Comfort is picking up the tab to replace the mechanism. I have
had very professional phone calls and emails from the Cremorne store, keeping me up to date treating me, the customer, with respect and care.
Why would you go anywhere else to get functional and attractive seating and extra bedding?
My experience has been very positive from the time of choosing my sofa bed til today and I am sure beyond.

I live in a unit with a second bedroom that's the size of a postage stamp. I wanted a lounge so that I could enjoy the afternoon sun with a cup of tea and a good book, or maybe a bit of wine and cheese. I also wanted a a sofa bed for the occasional guest. When I looked at the major stores I seemed to have to compromise on either quality, size, comfort, or style, or everything. I found Strictly Comfort after a morning of Googling and was really impressed with their range. That good impression continued with my visits to their showroom to choose the lounge I wanted, and discuss material, features etc. Throughout the whole process the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive and helped me choose the best lounge for my needs. Communication was excellent and the lounge was delivered earlier than originally expected. I haven't had a chance to check out the sofa bed, but as a lounge it's exactly what I wanted. I am now planning a new lounge for the lounge room and will definitely be back to strictly comfort for that.

I'm in love with my new sofa! And the result is thanks to the wonderful Strictly Comfort team who provided the best customer service I've experienced in many years. They kept me supplied with a mound of fabric samples as my ideas changed, answered many finicky questions and kept in regular contact re progress. Strictly Comfort is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. During Covid lockdown they kept me informed, and from sales staff to delivery men, were very friendly and helpful. I love my new sofa bed and the great workmanship is obvious.

Where do I start? There is so much to love about Strictly Comfort, from their amazing staff, their beautiful furniture and their incredible range of fabrics, nothing disappoints about this store. I will be singing their praises from the comfort my new lounge, ottoman and bed for many years to come. Am now thinking I need some new dining chairs and leather arm chairs to finish off the space. My tub chairs arrived and are absolutely perfect! The colours were exactly the same as on the website which is so important when choosing what will work in a room. Fabulous service in store and the bed was super easy to set up. Looks great and the padded headboard is very comfortable to sit up against. The under bed storage is wonderful.
