Streamline Boat Covers reviews
11I highly recommend Streamline Boat Covers for Craig's craftsmanship. Not only he made me an extremely fit full boat cover with great materials, but also explained all the dos and don'ts on how to use it. You won't go wrong choosing Craig for your boat cover with his 30+ years experience! - Alex
Absolutely incredible craftsmanship which is very hard to find these days. The cover and bimini have held up superbly over the life of the boat, particularly having been stored outside under a tree I expected it would get pretty beat up and lose colour, but no, it still looks 100% after a quick hose down to get rid of the constant bird and bat droppings. Not sure what kind of canvas it is, but it's very impressive. Most important thing is now that I'm selling the boat, it's been well protected, no mold inside and still presents as brand new, that's the whole point of a custom cover I suppose. Will be getting another one when my new boat arrives. Highly recommended, a true craftsman.
This guy is very rude. Not only did he cancel my job at the last minute he insulted me by telling me I am stupid for taking the day off work to get my boat fixed. He obviously has no business sense and it sound like he is a little slow. Avoid him like the plaque.
Had a cover made by Streamline for my 420 Renegade SC. Craig is very knowledgeable & he put a lot of thought into the construction of the cover and it looks great. Very happy with it.
Ordered a new boat recently, spoke to this guy despite the negative reviews online I thought I'd give him a chance. Asked what materials he uses, he said it doesn't matter canvas is canvas. I asked if he uses Sunbrella (I've had a number of Sunbrella covers over the years when I lived in QLD, they are regarded as one of the best marine fabrics worldwide). He said no it's too expensive, it's just a boat cover and most people sell new boats within 3 years so why bother spending the money on something that will last 10 years. Are you kidding me? Surely you've got to be kidding me. Any trimmer who says that clearly has zero pride in their work. Stay away!
Craig great bloke very helpful great service same day drop off pick up did an amazing job very happy highly recommend

Very happy with final result of our custom made boat cover. Craig could not have been more helpful.
I will be back again!
I had this company custom make a Bimini and boat cover for my lab ski boat. They were professional, easy to deal with, and made both well within the timeframe they gave me. On top of all this they were not as expensive as other quotes I had been given and the workmanship is very high quality. I can not recommend this business highly enough and would not go anywhere else.
Definitely AVOID!
Unfortunately I found this guy to be a complete con artist, and after doing some further research, sadly I'm not the only one with this kind of horror story.
He claims to use top quality fabric like Sunbrella, but in reality he's using a cheaper knockoff which will look great the day you pick it up, but goes to hell in a matter of months- stretching, fading, leaking, you name it. If you bring any issues up with him, he tells you there's nothing he can do. In my case he was extremely aggressive and rude, even though I'd only ever been polite.
I am now considering pursuing this through fair trading, and of course submitting this business for tax audit, as he asked for cash and did not produce a receipt for the work performed, merely saying "bring it back it there's an issue". Well I tried that, and he basically told me to eff-off.
