There is so many finance companies out on the market, but then I came across Stratton finance, who were and are incredibly helpful in what I was looking for, I dealt with a guy called Hayden who was my financial consultant, who was absolutely fantastic he got me a fantastic rate for buying a new car, kept me up to date on everything, either through emails, phone calls, texts, helpful in every single way possible, I would highly recommend Stratton finance without a doubt.

Great service and extremely responsive staff. Stratton takes the stress out of any finance requirements I have ever had.

Very suspicious bunch of people. Tried to get me to sign up to a loan which I didn't want and kept spamming me with awesome low rate finance deals. Financing is always a rip off but with these crooks you have to be even more cautious. Remember when you can get spams they are desperate. Avoid.

Very poor communication with clients. I contacted Stratton to finance a car.after telling one lady about my whole case, the next day i get a call from another different lady saying, the sales person you spoke to yesterday left the company.then after telling her my whole story again, and supplying her with all the paperwork she needed.she gave me a phone appointment, in order to discuss my application.and she missed the appointment.then she messaged me apologizing for missing it and gave me another appointment, and she missed it again. It's been weeks now that I'm waiting for her call. And mind you that I messaged her twice and yet got no answer. That's so unprofessional and rude. I've been waiting to get approved so I can buy the car that i wanna get before it gets sold to someone else but I didn't and eventually the car got sold. I should've simply not relied on Stratton and went to different lenders.as much as i thought this company was professional and organized but it showed that it's not at all at the end.

Good experience with Phoebe but i was able to secure finance at almost half the interest rate with another lender.

I had a fantastic experience with stratton finance for the finance of my car. Tony is always responsive, he ensured he keeps me updated all throughout the process. I can't recommend them enough.

Started the process, sent through payslips and statements and got a call asking to go through work history at 12 on a Saturday and I said I am busy, can you call me back at 4, he did not hide his attitude when he said ok. Never heard back from them again.

I was dealing with Stratton to buy my car. Stratton adds on carsales.com says starting from 5%. The agent kept dragged for a while and finally when I promised the seller to buy the car, Stratton told cannot get any loans other than from Macquarie bank for 9% plus comparison rate. One of the most unreliable when it comes to interest rates. I could have gotten the loan from CBA directly for this rate, which is more efficient and friendly where I also maintain my personal account with.

I can't say enough about how great Erin has been to deal with! Made it all so easy. Cheers Erin!

No stars. David Crook with a fitting last name. Sold a car through their broker to receive a car with 10k extra kms and the wrong colour. Got partially reimbursed not off the loan into my account in a private settlement that i was never happy with. Then trying to transfer the car it was then more expensive as the price was wrong on the invoice costing more money. Stratton and its group of thieves should be locked up for miscommunication and dodgy practices. DO NOT GET YOU LOAN HERE.

Unfortunately, dealing with Stratton Finance turned what should have been a quick purchase of a business car into a month of painful delays. There was lack of proper communication and transparency. We ended up getting our own broker to manage the finance and were sorted out shortly after.

Look at this quote I received, Note the salesman (Jake Barnes) advised I only had to pay the amount borrowed + interest. No setup fees, nothing else to consider. This quote is $3,598 more expensive than what I was advised (on a 10k loan). Note: there is an early exit fee not mentioned in this quote of $150 + The remaining % of repayments x $600 (pay the lot in the first month pay $750). This was a bait and switch approach that was appalling. Upon complaining they eliminated the $2000 warranty cost and the $990 payment to Stratton. (So still had a $608 setup fee and early exit fees I will be paying). Due to the lengthy process and the fact I widdled it down a bit, I proceeded. Had I just gone to the bank it was a $150 setup fee and a cheaper rate. Isn't the whole reason Stratton is there so they can get you a good deal? They didn't even beat Westpac. You got my business through shady tactics and although I am happy to finally get things sorted I would highly recommend avoiding this company. Julie Maston in payments was nice. That's where they got the 1 star.

Leased a fairly expensive vehicle for my business - having had LOTS of previous company finance through Stratton I use to deal with Rob from their team and had a great relationship. Rob had left so I was passed on to a new broker - he promised certain interest rates and then when it came to signing and the repayments they were all adjusted at the last minute.

Being so rushed and busy I simply trusted him and signed the agreement based on a working relationship - the interest rate moved fromthe 4% he quoted (or there abouts) to closer to 7%. I confronted the broker about it and he claimed it was because the interest rates had changed or that it was based on the initial value of the car which then changed later in the process.dodging any real answer and profiteering from me trusting him too much. I told him I had been completely mislead and misinformed throughout the process, and asked what type of solution he would provide me as I felt betrayed - no response at all or sympathy and he simply said sorry that he will look after me when I refinance with him.

Terrible experience with Stratton's latest broker - i'm now going to renew my company car finance and will be steering clear of these guys.
