I called in last minute for a quick hand with my apple carplay head unit that I was putting in myself. Glen had kindly let me come in quickly even though he was flat out. He ended up fixing all my issues and installing my apple carplay for me on the spot. Best customer service I have ever received and I could not recommend this place enough!

Great service and reasonable price to install Apple Car Play. Also got a high quality dash cam. Not like some cheap unknown dash cam you get from Kogan. Will go again to get cool electronic gadgets.

Went to Strathfield Brookvale to check out an issue I had with a FM band expander for my Japanese import Nissan Leaf. Spoke to Glen and he took a look, got his tools and soldering iron out and removed the expander that was impeding the radio reception. First class, friendly and speedy service - just terrific.

Glen was very helpful in solving my problems with an alpine unit that I bought elsewhere as didn’t fit my Ute as described, he ordered correct harness promptly and once in used other spare alpine parts to get unit working as it should! Great service considering it wasn’t he problem and he was very busy with booked customers. Great shop and Thx again

Underwhelming on multiple accounts and would not use their retail or fitment services again. Firstly, customer service is vague and unwelcoming. Our initial booking for a stereo installation was mis-quoted and we ended up being fleeced for much more than the original guide. When making the effort to reconfirm the booking, as no one had reached out, it was nowhere to be seen in the system? The workmanship presents as lazy e.g. Old camera wire chopped at either end and not completely removed, 2 out of 4 bolts used to secure the amp. Gave them a second chance to retune the stereo and connect the camera cable for the caravan, left it with them for the entire day.not sure if they even re-tuned, unhelpful with a popping noise in the speakers and handed me the cable to install myself rather than completing the job I had originally paid for. My opinion is that they are taking advantage of demand in the market yet delivering substandard service and zero pride in their work.

Had a super urgent job booked. Made it clear with the provider that it it super important to get done in time for work purposes.
On the day the job was booked they cancelled, leaving me in a total mess.
Probably a good service otherwise but totally unreliable.

Contacted Strathfield in Brookvale via email about an Alpine DVE-5300 in-car DVD/Cd player. I received a reply from Glen within 5 minutes (unlike some company's l have emailed and have not even received a reply or it takes 4 days for them to reply). Glen informed me that they did have stock. I then contacted Glen via telephone to see if l could have the unit sent out via express post on the same day. Glen was more than happy to package and send the unit out via express post straight away. After the payment was made Glen emailed me within an hour with the Express post tracking details. Now this is what l call great Service, were you can speak to a person who actually cares. So many company's out there state they want your business, but when you call up you get a person who sounds like they cant be bothered talking to you, and say they will reply and don't.l just wanted to thank Glen for what is lacking in some businesses. Caring staff and for making it happen. Great job Strathfield for employing a great employee. Will l purchase from Strathfield again? Yes l will. Keep up the great work.

Worst service ever! Couldn't even find an order they'd confirmed days earlier or explain why it hadn't been dispatched yet. Turns out they don't even have the stock, although that wasn't disclosed to me, even when it was asked directly. Completely dishonest business practices. If you're thinking of ordering something online run in the other direction. Everyone you speak to either doesn't have a clue or is completely disinterested.

I had systems installed in my BMW 3 series and 1 series. The guys know their stuff and take the time to make sure you're getting the best system that works for your car. Great results with both cars. I'll be back.

I Have used the service a few times in the past because I was happy with the service. However my last visit was disappointing. I had an old Soundstream Amplifier I payed $400 which I wanted installed with the new Clarion speakers I purchased. But the guys convinced me to buy a new one. Furthermore, they only installed speakers to the front of the car which I have been told by my passengers that “it makes it sound like there is a big void when playing music. Initially, when they had finished the installation. The end result was that my left speakers rattle. Making any song sound awful. I returned 3 weeks later to get my speakers tweaked. Thinking maybe it would fix the rattling but it was worse and it felt like the speakers were not even tweaked at all. When They had finished tweaking my speakers I asked for my old Soundstream Amplifier. They replied that they could not find it. When expressing my disappointment and that I payed $400 for it a few years ago. The manager bluntly replied that it was only worth $30. I was left to feel humiliated in the nicest possible way which left me not wanting to use this service ever again.

What a refreshing surprise it was to be greeted when I entered this store!
As a Customer Service manager I often rely on how I am treated as a customer as to whether I buy from a business.
Ben served me with a smile and immediately made me feel like a real customer not an inconvenience which in this day and age is often the experience. Also a young lady in there seemed to have the ability to communicate with a smile! Ben showed me my options which obviously went as per business policy from expensive to cheaper options but did not put pressure on me one way or another. Also noted his ability to deal with older customers with patience. Pretty rare nowadays, and not always easy to do. In fact If I need a Customer Service Manager I may headhunt him from you. An asset to your Business! Well done Ben!

If it were possible, I would sadly recommend zero stars. I went to see the staff there in Strathfield Brookvale. They were polite but unfortunately came across as lazy and didn't want to help. I needed the fuse to be replaced and they just stated the prices and none of them wanted to look at the car. So when I tried to book a time, the salesman said 'that's the worst day to pick'. When I said I can't do Saturdays, he called me a 'poor bugga'. He suggested I take a business card. There were several cards with different business names, and he just said to take any. I left very disappointed with the service. I had experienced better service when it was previously under 'Strathfield Car Radios. ' Unfortunately this is a truthful experience I had recently. Perhaps they treat other customers better, but this experience was sadly disappointing,
