We used Josh as our mortgage broker for our new property purchase. Our situation was a bit complicated as my husband is self-employed, but Josh was happy to engage with us and take the time to provide expert advice several months before we were even looking to buy, as we prepared to get all our ducks lined up ready to go for the purchase.

Once we were ready to buy, Josh gave us some excellent advice on how to structure our loan to maximise benefits from offset accounts while also negotiating with lenders to get us the best interest rate possible. Sam has been a massive asset to the development of our property portfolio.
