I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Strato, particularly the incompetence displayed by the store members in Seaton Grange. I strongly advise against considering them as a supplier. Despite our substantial investment of approximately $38,000, we have experienced a complete lack of a smooth ordering process. Our interactions with Strato have been plagued by consistent issues, including missing items, unfulfilled promises, and frustrating delays caused by their overall inefficiency. The recent purchase of a simple flat roof carport was far from simple, as it arrived with missing posts, downpipes, and end caps. These stressful experiences have led our company to terminate our business relationship with Strato. It has become evident that prompt and reliable service is not a priority for them, and we are now actively seeking alternative suppliers. Additionally, it is worth noting that Strato's head office does not address the significant shortcomings of their incompetent delivery department.

NGA has been so helpful with our Outback Patio. From start to finish. We are coming back for some fencing

I bought 2 decorative screens in rust from My Deal. But they were actually from Stratco.
The girl from Stratco called to say the one I had ordered was out of stock.
I wanted them to go horizontally and didn’t really care which ones. So long as they did not look out of place.
After a few weeks I get a call from the driver in my area. But could not find my place.
He had parked his truck across the road and unfortunately he was heading downhill. I was actually the other way uphill.
But eventually I see this big strong guy carry both heavy screens heading towards me.
I was extremely happy with his customer service, the phone call and him dropping them where I needed them
Also the young girl who assisted me with picking a different one that actually looks amazing.
My partner and I got them up with 4-5 hours.

We now just have to plant our garden

Knowledgeable staff and very welcoming. Trust the customers to venture in all areas. Indeed unique.

Visited warehouse to pick my online order.staff is super nice and polite who helped me to load the shelf onto my car, nothing to complain, all good, will visit again!

Stratco is a great place to get awnings custom made to suit your garden. They also have some all the awning accessories, garden sheds, ladders and various tools. Their service is good and the staff are helpful.
They have a smaller range of outdoor furniture and BBQs.
The anime are relatively easy to assemble from the flat packed kit you receive

Went into Smeaton Grange store to enquire about a patio. Customer service representative NGA was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Assisted us with design and also helped us through with our finance application. Will be continuing our business with Stratco. Thank you

Rob and his staff are trying their best given the environment in which they operate. Very good knowledge of product.

Needed some gutters and accessories Nga De Luca was all over it she answered every question I asked and provided excellent service, a credit to stratco for employing people of her quality

Visited the Stratco Smeaton Grange store. Erik and Rob were extremely helpful and friendly. They explained everything we needed to know. Nothing was a rush or burden. They both looked after us. Would definitely return and highly recommend! Thank you both for the absolutely amazing customer service!

Staff was very help and knowledgeable about the product, very helpful with measurements and quote even help me pack the car.

I purchased a handi mate shed from Stratco. It is a really good product, easy to assemble and an awesome price. The in store service was fantastic. I highly recommend Stratco. Great products and great service. Many thanks to the team (especially Nga) at Smeaton Grange.

Waited for 15 minutes at the register to finalise a purchase. When approached the 2nd sales person and asked can i make the purchase and go - the response was rude and disappointing. The response was "That doesn't matter.are you next or not? "

Not sure what level of training is provided for customer service - when there are 4-5 staff on the floor and no one is at the register to process sales, appears to be lacking in customer care and poor store management.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ian from Stratco, Smeaton Grange.
Highly recommend Ian and his Manager they assisted myself with organising hubbies Fathers day Platnium cabinets.

Stractco drop the enquiry line and have store numbers direct for customers.

We were in there 20 mins, waiting to be served and not even acknowledged! Very poor customer service guys! Just a quick sorry well be with you in a minute would suffice!

Order was placed, confirmed delivery on friday, no show, order is late, wrong screws and straps, instead of an apology, I was rudely told it was simply someone else's fault. I lost money on contractors having to rebook. I have never been treated this badly in my life. I paid money, stratco made a mistake, and I got yelled at by a young fellow who's egos a little bit too large. Will never come to stratco ever again after spending thousands.
