Strata Republic

I have recently dealt with Strata Republic in a professional manner and both Abigail and Evelyn in the admin/accounts teams and the Strata Manager Amelia acted both kindly and professionally throughout.

I have been working with Strata Republic for over 5 years.
Wade, Tim and the wider team are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful.
My dealings are focused on the insurance placement and claims management for our mutual clients. They have a keen focus on achieving the best results for their clients. Their knowledge and contribution makes great results possible.

DO NOT hire these people. Vincent Wan is a terrible manager; he will not answer calls or e-mails. Fund mismanaged. Awful customer service. We will be exiting ASAP. BE WARNED!

Vincent Wan is impressive in his forensic knowledge, positive attitude and responsiveness. He doesn't just answer a question, he proposes solutions and other ways to think about the issues presented. Truly impressive. I'd also like to praise Evelyn Wu in Accounts - such a pleasure deal with - quick, helpful and friendly.

I feel so fortunate to have Amelia and the team at Strata republic looking after our building. There will always be owners with different opinions about what the priorities are, or how much of our joint should be spent. Paul Walker is an exceptional operator, I would highly recommend Strata Republic because of the work, commitment and expertise of Paul. He has helped ensure that we get the best outcomes for our building, which is the whole purpose of a good strata company.

While this appears as 5 stars for Strata Republic, it's really 500 stars for Vincent Wan. He is the best strata manager (and indeed best professional anything) we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is a thousand thousand times better than his two predecessors at Strata Republic. If you want someone who is incisive, thorough, efficient, pleasant, acts on your behalf and takes the time to explain stuff to you, then you can't do better than Vincent. Do you know how rare it is to find someone who actually answers every question in your email, then thinks ahead to the questions you didn't even know to ask? Well that rare gem is Vincent.
