Strata Plus - Tweed Byron

Our SC committee has just started working with Strata+ but have been aware of their presence within our complex for the past 12 months.
Our manager Ryno Ferreria been very professional, helpfull in all aspects of moving to Strata Managers recently.
Strata + and Ryno Ferreira have been busy updating all our relevant information, records and getting our BMC and SC committee working more efficiently.
Ryno has replies to all matters in a timely and again very professionally manner.

As the chairperson for our Strata Plan 97735 and since the appointment of Strata Plus as our Strata Manager, I have found Ryno Ferreira and his colleagues to have been extremely helpful in all of the inquiries presented and their professional attitude towards our SP owners.

We, at the Oasis Complex, Tweed Heads South, are very fortunate to have the service of Mr Ryno Ferreira as our Strata Manager and I am pleased to submit this personal review on his performance and Strata + in general.
Being the Chairman and Secretary of the Oasis Complex I have reason to communicate with Ryno on a regular basis and discuss matters of concern, which I am unable discuss with my fellow committee members. His knowledge of the Strata Legislation is always up- to-date and should he require clarification of the Legislation he has the resources of the Strata + head office team to call upon.
I have found that he is very professional and is quiet unique in problem solving, communicating with the various parties explaining the By-Laws and the Legislation.
Holding the positions of Chairman and Secretary of the Oasis Community Association for a number of years now I take this opportunity to thank Ryno for his advice, professional service, reliability and for just being there when I really needed him.
