Strata Management Services NSW Cronulla

We changed our Strata Company to Strata Management Services 6 months ago after having a dreadful experience with our previous company. What a breath of fresh air, from our first appointment with Gary Adamson who was open to any questions we could throw at him to Celda Dervis who was appointed as our Strata Manager. Celda is amazing, she is a very knowledgeable, professional and caring person who has given us excellent service. I am the Secretary of our complex and am so impressed with Celda's attention to detail. She answers emails and phone calls promptly. I often get emails from her over the weekend and late at night. She cares and that makes my life a lot easier. We are so lucky to have her looking after our complex.

Celda is doing a great job managing our scheme and is always very helpful and responsive. We are very blessed to have her as our strata manager.

From previous bad experiences to having the best manager for our complex this year. Celda has to be the best, she is up to date with all aspects of managing the commercial and residential side. Whenever one needs assistance whether its immediate or general she is on to it with direct and prompt communication to commitee members and people alike. We are extremely happy with her highly professional services, turning around and putting faith in the Strata services again. My 5 out of 5 is for her personally and deserves the credit. She is an asset to have on the management team and highly recommend her to have as your strata manager.
I have to also give credit to reception also who always assist in a very professional and pleasant manner. Stephanie also has been highly professional in all her correspondence too. Thankyou.
