Brilliant. Strata Fair are fantastic, fair, extremely helpful and saved us about 17% off our insurance renewal last year when we were moving to self managed strata. With very little notice, Strata Fair helped us do everything we needed to, to be able to renew our insurance our selves, under significant time pressure. They are always quick to respond, and keep you in the loop, and the money saved is money that can be spent instead on building maintenance. I one hundred percent recommend them to any owners corporation.

Our Strata Manager had delayed advising the committee of their Preferred Brokers Proposal with only 1 quote. This meant that on 15th June and only 2 weeks to go until this premium was due the committee were under pressure to find any alternative proposal.
