Pretty decent place and for the price you pay and what you get is normal compared to other Korean bbq venues. Though having to pay $3 per lettuce refill was a bit of a shock.

Last night, my friends and I had an incredible time at this KBBQ spot! The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to lend a hand whenever we needed help with the grilling. Their watchful eye ensured that everyone at our table was taken care of, and they made our KBBQ experience truly exceptional. The food was fresh, and the assistance from the staff added a fantastic touch to the evening. It's easily one of the best KBBQ experiences I've had, and I can't wait to go back!

Genuinely awful. For the prices they charge compared to the many places around you would expect decent food and service but no. I've been a few times and usually find it okay.

Tonight the gas kept going out. 30 mins in we still did not have a working grill and the meat is just sitting out there. Instead of moving us to an empty table they kept us there and kept trying. The meat was not cooking even when they tried to cook it for us. At a point smoke went everywhere and was in our eyes. After all that, now 1 hour in, everything was still uncooked. They finally moved us and by now everything is cold and has been lying in the heat for more than an hour. They gave us a new bulgogi beef since ours was absolutely inedible and they threw the old one away. We didn't bother finishing. Almost 2 hours in with dry rice, awful problem solving skills from service and soggy sides we left and still paid $150. They took a coke zero off but no apology whatsoever.

To be fair, some staff were lovely and the banchan was decent but I'd recommend just going to the place next door!

Had an awesome afternoon there with our kids.we arrived around 2h30 PM on saturday and wasn t sure if we will be turn around but the staff have veen super accomodating with us and we re amazingly nice with our 3 child. Our girls enjoyed the food and loved the meats especially the beef cuts and the bulgogi one! Staff was suoer attentive, came and change our grill as soon as it start to get burned.it is good to be able to just sit and enjoy the food with no stress about time. So highly recommend the place. Pricey but worth it

Worst Korean bbq experience I have ever had. From the start to finish. We were told to come in to our table then told to go wait outside by another person rudely. Then made our order wrong and tried to charge us for it. They split us from our group on the table with their juvenile detention centre fence in between the tables and ontop had to go Maccas after being fed a little dogs feed for $112. Would rather go to butchers and pay triple. NEVER again.

The side dishes are superb. Corn cheese and sweet tofu? The meat is okay. The kimchi stew little bit bland for me.

Used to come here all the time and decided to pop in with some friends for a kbbq feast. Ordered rice, expecting the usual where you get steamed rice in a metal bowl. Instead got given microwaveable rice still inside the plastic cup (no effort to hide it was microwaved). Food and portion size was okay, but with the price increase and a fall in quality, fair to say I won't be back in a long while

We stopped here for a quick BBQ dinner and were very impressed, everything tasted great and the kids enjoyed having a part in the cooking process:)

Korean BBQ with variations of meat choices. In room dining is pretty big and clean with friendly staff.
Meat quality is just average. What you called wagyu would be different from what you got, they gave you random cut beef and over pricey.
Udon noodles are packaged overcooked as well.
The seafood pancake is what I recommend, Thick with random seafood.

Food was so fresh and delicious. Restaurant was nice and clean and came with many sides! Definitely the best in Smithfield

While the food is ok, the waiting time is horrendous, the staff also called wrong group and gave away the table to later group (twice!)

Overpriced we order combination tray for 2 people, me and my wife, also half dish of fried chicken.
Cost $166. The service wasn’t that good which we should deserve. They place surcharge for Sunday also when you use credit card, seriously ridiculous.

Charging 6.5% if you pay via eftpos and 3.5% to pay cash on a Sunday. We used to come here every week, I won't be coming here anymore. They should have a sign to stipulate that they are charging more on a Sunday.

Decent meat platters but portion is big so for table of 4 adults, we only needed the platter for 2. Can get expensive quick.

- Meat quality is equivalent to woolies rump steak, definitely not KBBQ quality
- Lazy staff that would try to defer responsibility to one another by ignoring required service, and avoiding eye contact with us (removing dirty plates etc)

Definitely would not recommend this place… it used to be my go to but things have definitely changed.

1) Overpriced. Inflated prices for pieces that smelt off…after advising them they came back with the same piece ontop.don’t bother wasting your money here when the meat isn’t high quality.
2) Spoons dirty, had to clean.
3) Lack of customer service. Waiters did not come around to adjust the stove, or change plate, we had to constantly ring the bell to get their attention. They were on their phones…
4) Not authentic…don’t expect your waiters to be Korean.
