Amazing first tattoo experience with Alex. She did a beautiful job and put me at easy. Alex and the lovely receptionist (sorry didn't get your name) showed a real interest in what I wanted. Very professional and caring business.

I went to STR Tattoo on Friday to get my first ever tattoo, it was an amazing experience. I was nervous at first but my tattooist; Ella, helped me get through it. And it wound up not being painful, and actually tickled a little. Such an amazing experience and I am so happy with my tattoo, I will definitely be going back for my next tattoo.

My 3rd tattoo here and I love this place. Always professional service, clean, well priced and great service.

I see some good reviews and a few not so great. The artists may be good at what they do, but I found the booking system unhelpful. It's like a collective of hobbyists more than a real business. "Walk-ins" are 2 days a week but there is only one person available for that, so basically just 3 customers and that's it for the day with the walk-in artist. Even then, you just have to be hanging around for however long it might be - definitely not suitable for anyone with a job or a life. For actual bookings if you just want to know when the "next available" appointment is, there's no such thing - there is no wholistic booking calendar - you have to choose a person and then you can find out the next available date with that specific person only. Even then, though, they seem to have unpredictable availability because in the space of 24 hours one artist's availability went from "mid February at the earliest" to "well, I might take appointments from the middle of January". It's pretty bizarre. Definitely not a professional business.

I was tattooed by Alexandra. She was so helpful and amazing. She worked fast and to a high quality which I loved as I don’t sit well for long periods. I also got some scripting by her and it’s held up so well. 10/10 will be back. Cheers lovely

Got all but one tattoo from here, the staff are so so so friendly and I have never had a bad experience. The artist are all so talented, and they're just great to be around in general. Highly recommend.

Brooke was incredibly sweet, did an amazing job on my 2 ear piercings and my friends belly piercing:)

Shannon is amazing. Will be going back. Got a portrait tattoo done of my cat, it was my first tattoo and it was incredible. Looks exactly like her.
Shannon is very friendly and extremely talented. The other tattoo artists are also great and super lovely

I was thinking of getting a tattoo for a while, my first, when I noticed the shop in Tuggerah Westfield. The staff were informative and professional with helping me know what to be aware of and what days to come in if I had not previously booked in with an artist.
Came in on a walk in on a walk in day with some reference pictures and they looked at what I was after and scheduled me in later that day.
Suffice to say love the results and would highly recommend to anyone looking for another tattoo or getting their first.
