DO NOT COME HERE TO MIX - the equipment that the store provides is great alongside the staff seem amazing, but the volume cap in the booths really takes away from the vibe of having a propa good mix, I would recommend looking for another practice booth service if you’re looking to practice a set or just have a good vibe out (plus you would of thought they would be able to properly sound proof a room so that you can have a lickle studio wibe). But if you’re looking to have a quiet mix on some good equipment then yeah this could be the place for you

Went here on the 30th of December. Busy as but all the staff were very patient in handling the customers.

Had to wait a bit to be served, but after you are served, its all quick as. So salute to all of the staff?

Good variety of products.
But then had to take down a star as some of the products are the same poorly made cheap Chinese products that shouldn't be on the market for professional DJs or music lovers.

Great service and amazing layout to try out the products.

I love their store it has huge range of products. Sales representatives are very helpful and understand your needs.

They have everything you need if you have the patience for bad service. Haven’t had a good experience here after many purchases. I recommend buying online.

I was very satisfied with the service, quality of items, and prices. I'd most likely go back in the future.

Thank you because your staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and explain me with no rush which turntable was the better option for me. Also the speakers I need for it. I'm a beginner so I don't have any idea about turntables. He gave me time to think and then he did a price match because I've found another option online for same product.

Everyone at this place is trying to squeeze money out of you for the worst products. Trying to offload old stock for regular prices and recommending things I definitely don’t need. I recommend doing your own research and going in for the thing you want rather than ask their advice.

Bought two CR Mini Lasers today and I can't say enough good things about them. These are fantastic for the home and exactly what I've been looking for after so many mini lasers.
Surprisingly great build quality. Includes a blue laser and not just the common red and green. Music mode syncs them to the music accurately and with two or more units they create quite an organic show on their own - this is highly recommended! Together with the features on the included IR remote there is enough variety to keep the show from fatiguing your audience. One remote runs two with no hiccups so you can match both lasers easily, but by angling the remote so only one laser registers you can get very creative with each laser doing different things. It's pretty impressive.

Staff were friendly and had extensive product knowledge. They explained everything in detail, I wished I bought my audio equipment here.

Service is fine, products are ok, prices are reasonable but they force their customers to take a heavy plastic bag to save themselves having to print a recyclable, biodegradable receipt.
In this day and age it is very out of touch to force pollution on to consumers.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Great atmosphere awesome service and the crew know their stuff

Really helpful staff, willing to spend time with a newbie to explain the techniques and sample the DJ equipment. Coupled with an excellent range of goodies. Will be back.

Picked up a couple of Shure headphones I ordered online for work. Website easy to navigate, in-store pick up quick and easy. Customer parking out the front.

Amazing store. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and you're never waiting for too long or trying to chase down a employee.

I overheard an employee tell a beginner - hey, you don't need this super expensive equipment, start with this; it's cheaper and easier. I completely agree with that advice.

Their prices are great, they also price match. Wide selection of stock to suit every budget; especially professional grade equipment.

When I ordered something for pick-up that wasn't in stock (which was indicated on the website), I received a prompt personal email with estimated timeframes. Now that's great customer service.

I also dealt with Jack (StoreDJ) who helped me (over the phone) regarding a small issue. He was Top Notch! Sorted out my problem, followed through by saying if I had any probs the next day when I visited the store, to get in touch with him.great service. No judgement. They are really helpful and have almost everything.
It's hard to park there, due to limited spots so recommend parking at a side street.

An everything store for music and DJ/event equipment. However staff appear too busy. Not sure it's a good thing.
