The location of Storage King Pymble is convenient and easy to access. The facility is very new, clean and well-managed.

The customer service provided was fantastic. John is very nice and keen to provided the best solutions according to your demands. He is always patient to answer your questions and willing to help.

Michelle spent a lot of time on helping us to find the most suitable spaces for our business with particular storage conditions during the weekends in order to meet next day move in. It was very much appreciated.

Michelle was very helpful with advice regarding the size of the unit needed and the size and number of boxes. She was also helpful in letting the removalists into my unit while I was still back at my place. Storage King has a good policy of being able to switch the customer to a smaller or larger storage unit if on the day the one booked turns out to be too large or too small. The Pymble facility is easy to get to.

It's ok. Just that when there is few truck offloading. Staff don't ask them to offload in Loading Dock in Bridge Street entrance which is designed for truck to offload, but never been utilised. So few trucks stuck from the main entrance, other customer cannot go in. Unless this situation is fixed, this rating will remain the same.

Highly recommended, Storage King Pymble. Excellent customer service, staff were very helpful and spend time to explain about the deals and the property. Especially Matthew, Stephen and Michelle. They even offered the van for moving, and make everything easy for customers to move in. Really impressive.

The customer service is very considerate and responsive. With the helpful guidance and assistance, the booking, confirming and moving in experience was quite smooth. Especially a big thanks to Stephen, who is on his first day joining the Pymble team while already showing his familiarity with the building environment and surrounding areas. He gave us handy tips on the best parking and lift access to the storage and is adaptive to the cultural nuances. We asked for a last-minute change of room, and he searched the map and provided the best option considering our different aspects' needs. Once again, thank you, Stephen!
