Storage King Prestons

After requesting an online quote for a storage unit at Storage King in Prestons NSW - I not only received a quote, but also a follow-up email with further details should I need more info. A few days later, I went in to the facility, was greeted by staff, answers to questions I had were given, a tour of the facility was conducted, excellent customer service, made me feel valued and comfortable, the sign up process was quick and easy to do and lastly guaranteed the best outcome for my money.

So happy with the top quality service Gary provides here. The facilities are new and the customer service is top quality. Communication was a breeze, they were helpful with all my questions, they allowed me to move in and out remotely and even sent me updates when the removalists arrived to pick up my things.

Excellent Facility and Customer Service
Can't thank Denise and Gary enough gir their help with a storage unit. They both went above and beyond in terms of helping us. The unit is clean, new, very accessible and secure. Can't thank you enough.

The entire team was great to work with, very professional and great to deal with especially when I purchased some bike boxes and could not fit in the car, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get these boxes.

Was moving from QLD to Sydney and while looking for a rental found these guys for temporary storage of my gear. The facility is brand new with a large elevator to the upper levels. Trolley jacks, carts and pallets supplied for moving things in and out as well as a single use of their long wheel base, high roof van. The staff were absolutely brilliant helping sort out my storage over the phone while in Queensland and just as friendly and helpful when I moved out. Would highly recommend this facility for your storage.

Amazing staff with new facilities, Denise and Mohammed are amazing and go above and beyond to help out 10/10

Mohammed was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He took us around the whole complex and showed us all our options. We have looked at multiple options before coming to storage king Preston’s and hated dealing with pushy bad sales guys. Mohammed was not trying to sell us anything and instead was very helpful which made us more comfortable to join. Thankyou very much and look forward to moving in soon!
