Have used Storage King Eastgardens for over 20 years. Recently required 3 months storage and they did not disappoint. Cheerful and helpful staff from front desk to the friendly maintenance man. Great work.

Storage King Eastgardens is a great place for long and short term storage. The units were clean and no mould on any items after 18 months. I have downsized a 5 bedroom house and filled a small garage with excess stuff. During this yearly process of sorting and throwing i moved to a smaller storage unit as I got rid of stuff saving cash on storage per month. Storage King’s staff were lovely, polite and helpful throughout my time with them. Thank you for the great experience. Michelle

Super impressed with the service. Moving house during lockdown which is a logistical nightmare. Tried ordering boxes and moving materials from Bunnings. 8 DAYS at least to click and collect.

Great service and staff - highly recommend! Never had to use a storage facility before so was feeling a bit lost. Was moving overseas for 1 year so needed a place to keep my belongings. Storage King Eastgardens were super helpful and offered a good rate - staff were friendly, the online information on how to pack really great, they recommended a removalist who was really helpful dismantling furniture and getting things into storage. The facility has all the packing things you didn't realise you required eg.tape, covers for mattress, different boxes, padlocks, permanent markers.

If you're not sure who to use, what you need or how to go about things - give them a call!

Grossly overpricing. Storage rates would consistently go up in price after a few months for no absolutely reason. Leaving and going to another competitor and literally paying less than half the price for the exact same space!
Ridiculous. Not felt looked after as a customer.

From first point of calling, Lachlan, Christine and Tamara were friendly, helpful and empathetic. In a time of high stress, they were exceptional.
Experts and security and great insurance might not be the cheapest, but I wasn't after a cheap, leaking or filthy storage unit. If it's worth storing, it's worth paying for an established and experienced crew who know everything about storage and make it simple for you. They also deliver all your packaging for free. I'd like to commend the store on professionalism and kindness you may see a bad review on here a week ago by a fellow named sean. He stored my things at this store in his locker. One day after parting ways he threw my things in the corridors and notified me 5 minutes before close of business risking the security of expensive items and tools.
The team at eastgardens swung into action as I couldn't get there they secured my belongings and insured my piece of mind until I could arrive the next day at no cost and in the emergency of me having to find storrage in a hurry applied a very kind discount when enlisting there services the next day.
Having personally dealt with the person who gave the bad review. It is most likely lies and down to the fact he doesn't pay his invoices and throws tantrums when found to be at fault.
Good on you buddy that's gold why should good people pay the price of your bad manor!
