Storage King Artarmon 3

Calvin at the Saint Leonards storage King is a real asset to the company. For several weeks, Calvin has fielded phone calls from me, requesting more information about the dimensions of the storage spaces at that location, and about various services and amenities that I might need to make, the whole moving ordeal, a little easier. At every stage, Calvin took my requests in stride and gave me very helpful information so that I was fully prepared for my move, and the overall experience was smooth and successful. My wife and I appreciate Calvin’s professionalism and courtesy, and we recommend the Storage King location at Saint Leonards on the basis of working with him and his team. Thanks, Calvin!

Tisha at St Leonards has been very helpful in organising my storage unit. I suggest following through with St Leonards by call back rather than the national or online booking, helpful start there only.

Terrible service. The staff at this place just really do not want to work there. I went in today with my partner to look at some spaces and the mature aged man working there was screaming "you have 10 minutes" as we were parking, and when we said we wanted to look at some of their storage spaces he said "arghh I want to go gome"

He then gave us his most expensive price and complained the whole way through looking at their booking system. I'm so disappointed by his attitude and service, making us feel like we were a bother to him.

When I took a second unit I said I wanted it long term. After two weeks the manager tried to double my rent. Then within six months he increased one unit twice by 100% and the second unit 200%. BUYER BEWARE! The most recent boss guy there is a scammer. Can't see him lasting as he has no customer service capabilities. Also noticed how dirty the lifts and hallways have become since the latest Manager has been in place. My advice is to go elsewhere.

Excellent service, Nitish and team are so friendly and made the experience easy. I was a bit anxious in the beginning as I'd never used storage before.

This was the first time that I was looking to find a storage for myself and it has been a great experience at Storage King St Leonards, Nitish has been an exceptional help throughout the whole process and provided me with the best solution for my storage needs, he is extremely helpful and also very friendly every time I go there. They have competitive pricing and the facility is very well maintained. Overall I am very happy and this has been absolutely a positive experience for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Absolutely the BEST storage facility on the North Shore. Nitish (manager) has provided exceptional service from day one, and continues to do so each and every time I visit to load or unload items. Loved the service that Robert and his team provided - people focused, calm which feels super supportive when in a life phase of transition as I was and everything was easy for them to deliver on.
