We changed real estates and stones have been amazing the last company we were with were horrible we were charged management fees yet we I was constantly taking calls from the tenants as they couldn't do their job it took over a year to get a plumber organised to set up a new water meter so it was about time to change and stones have been great as soon as the tenants have a problem they contact us and within 3 days a tradie is already out to site

He got us an terrible price and I wish I didn’t let him talk me into accepting it. We also never got our for sale sign. He just wanted he commission for as little work as possible I feel.

Took advantage of my elderly parents sold thema home that was in disgraceful condition and refused to even cut lawn and maintain gardens on sale. Home was in very dirty condition. Shameful. Shad to demand Sold sign be removed after several months after sale. Stay clear of them
