I cannot thanks Cassie, Rosetta and the team at Stone Real Estate for all there assistance and wonderful service in the last month. I would recommend renting from them to anyone.

Update! For rentals they were great. For sales though they were awful, we were already renting the property we were going to buy and had lived there for a year already and ended up buying the property from windsor starr partners. Lynn was so nasty and awful.
After the owners gave us a certain price, they gave us 3 months to get our pre approval.
Due to covid closures the banks were taking longer to approve loans and after we finally got the pre approval toward the end of the 3months,   Lynn told us she was going to tell the owners (her close personal friends) not to take our offer,
As this had already been our home for a year already my husband told her we had an agreement and asked her if she was just going to try and take the house out from underneath us and kick us to the street and leave us with nowhere to go to which she said "if we want to put it in those words then. YES. "
We told her she couldn't do that because we had an agreement with the owners to which she said its hear say and we didn't have proof. After we told her we have the text messages from the owner stating the agreement she quickly changed her tune but was very unhappy with us.
She belittled us also saying that she didnt think we would ever beable to afford it.
She was condisending and so rude and showed not a care in the world that  we were so upset. I was 7 months pregnant and had our 8 year old son living with us aswell and she told us she was going to tell the owners to put the house on the market anyway and go over us. Luckily we had already been speaking to the owners personally, through our neighbours.
Which Lynn then called us and told us not to and said she told them to block my number. We told them we had the approval and we told Lynn on friday and she told us not to put our offer in until monday or they would not accept.
This seemed very dodgy because the owners gave us until that friday, so i called the head manager at starr and went around her and put in our offer that day.
The head manager called back and said he spoke with Lynn and although they hadn't gotten in contact with the owners yet, Lynn said they would accept the offer.
So Lynn knew they would accept our offer that day which was the end date for the agreed time for deal.
If we had have waited until Monday we wouldn't be in our house now and would have had to upend everything and had to move from our dream house.
Lyyn was by far the nastiest piece of work, sneaky and nasty and caused us so much stress and anxiety.

My husband and I had been looking for a new rental property and dealt with many real estates and honestly nothing had compared to the professionalism, honest and responsive team at starr partners RENTALS  in Windsor. Our agent was Mark Lam who is no longer there and well.my husband and I had never encountered an agent so polite, honest and easy to talk to. He kept in close contact even on his day off and always responded swiftly and was happy to answer any questions. He showed us a private viewing of a magnificent  property.
Mark made the whole experience effortless and incredibly quick.
Im so happy we found Mark. I would recommend renting through starr, and would highly recommend  NOT GOING WITH LYNN.their and photos where realistic and werent doctored with our photos, and get things done quickly

Deceitful, misled and unwilling to admit liability. This is what you will get with Stone. Stay away, others are more truthful up front. After being advised of how funds would be handled, they weren't. When questioned they tried to blame others for the wrong information they had provided. Very disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and select a more honest agency, not Stone Hawksebury.

Phil and Adam did a great job selling our home. We were very happy with the quality of their work and felt that they had our interests at heart.

Cathy and Chris sought to present my property in the best light, to customers whose needs would be met. Thanks for a great match!

Dear Stone Real estate. Thank you for replying to my last comment. However no pictures you provided showed cigarettes butts? Also we had to wait 2 weeks for you guys to fix our toilets and taps. I see another tenant had a similar issue. Also during covid you were completely unhelpful and actually caused us financial stress. I’m glad you feel the need to reply, and just a FYI to anyone reading this, the lawns were done. We simply cannot help if you choose to wait nearly 2 weeks to finally do the out of house inspection.

Have to love when a real estate say they pride themselves for looking after good tenants. Until there were issues, you didn’t hear from us. Pride is a big word for a company that surely doesn’t show it.

Michael was such a great agent, he helped us navigate the market, what was best for us and has the best customer service, felt like we were dealing with a friend the entire time.

Lyn understood what we wanted/needed in our home.
Lyn was easy to talk too and would always take my call. She understood what we needed and wanted in a house. Lyn would let us know when something was coming on the market that could be a good fit for our family.
