We have been renting with STONE Real Estate Gosford for 9 months. During this time Ethan has been a pleasure to deal with from the very first propertyinspection. He is Very helpful and professional. Our PM Kayla is lovely. Very helpful no enquiries are ever left unanswered. It's an absolute please renting with you lovely guys and gal's and we look forward to many more years to come. Highly recommended

We've rented with a number of great real estate agencies, however our experience with Stone has been a stark contrast and extremely negative experience. Mostly owing to a really shady and untrustworthy property manager Bree Grunden.

We gave Bree 6-8 weeks notice for vacancy (well above minimum), returned keys 4 days early and paid +$700 for the "guaranteed" cleaning service that she recommended. Despite this, Bree has tried to scam us on the following:
- Attempting to charge additional rent in arrears despite us being paid in full already
- Chased us for extremely unreasonable maintenance jobs post cleaning service that should have been guaranteed

Bree's communication is dispassionate and even before our vacancy notice, her follow up comms for things such as property inspections has been irregular and we've had to proactive follow up to see what was going on. We never had this experience with Ray White, the company that managed the property before Stone took over.

To Stone Real Estate, we strongly recommend you revisit your staff training and customer service practices, especially for Bree Grunden so you can represent your brand better because this is just sub par.

To future renters and investment property owners - seriously do some research before locking in with Stone Real Estate. Our negative experience is near identical to other reviewers on Trust Pilot and Product Review. The way Stone Real Estate just business is simply shady, so take care of yourselves.

Ethan has been extremely helpful with the entire process. I’m very happy do be dealing with Stone realestate and have such a great property manager.

I have rented through Stone real estate Gosford twice now and they have always been professional, reliable and a hard working team. Any issues we've had have always been fixed in a timely manner and they have great communication between the agents and tenants, no waiting weeks to hear back or get an answer for something.
This last house I'm about to move out of I have rented through stone for just over 5 years and it will be sad saying goodbye as we've just bought our first home.
