I leased a property through Stone Real Estate for two years, and for more than half of that time, I found myself increasingly unhappy with their services.

While their offices are nice, and the staff come cross as polite and friendly, when issues emerge, their service becomes nonexistent.

Communication was so poor that it felt like I was talking to an empty void. Numerous requests went unanswered or were not answered for MONTHS despite multiple follow-ups.

My main points of contact were Daniel Gagliardi and Enrico Catania and, and I've already provided feedback to Daniel about the subpar service.

In response to our negative experiences, the property owner also decided to change agents.
