Have recently used them for leasing a rental property. For a number of reasons on both sides most of the communication needed to be email. They were very helpful during the process and it all went smoothly. I was notified of a couple of repairs that needed to be addressed when signing the lease and one has already been taken care of. Horrible treatment of exit of premise. They never did an entry report. Would not fix premise. Slugged with excessive cleaning bill. Recommend challenging this company through tribunal if you have problems. The first red flag was no entry report.call ccta if they treat you like your dumb.

In our several week search for a rental we were stunned at the lack of professionalism we found in some property managers and management companies. Simple things like returning calls, answering emails or being willing to show a home seemed an inconvenience to some. Conversely, Alyssa answered my call immediately, even pulling over to speak to me because she was driving. When I was not available to view the listing at the scheduled time, she proactively made a special appointment for me to view the home and quickly sent me information I requested. She is professional, kind and helpful.
