Agent arrived at two different inspections without keys. 20+ people waiting and unable to inspect. Attended the next inspection during the week and told its already leased. It's a shame a rental crisis masks their incompetence

Was Raine and Horne and now STONE but in terms of dealing with them about issues (I'm a tenant) they are just as useless as R&H and have a book of never ending excuses for lack of replies. "sorry, that person has now left, why did you need again? " Here's an idea, work on reducing staff turnover so you have a commendable, consistent and knowledgeable team. I work as a Senior Customer Success manager for a global business dealing with large clients daily and I've never seen such poor customer service, accountability and excuses.
