They are Doing favorism with client not happy that the particular agent who disclose the offer with other customer which make unfair practice.making lose to owner also.

If there were more stars I would have rated them higher. After months of searching for the right rental I emailed Tara on a different listing telling her what we wanted. It took her no time at all to call me and tell me about a property that was exactly what we were looking for. She was always in touch updating me. Then she passed me to Robyn when she went on annual leave and I got the same amazing service. Robyn followed up and within a couple weeks from my enquiry we were approved for a great home! I can't tell you how great it is to have a responsive agent (especially for a rental). So many just ignore emails or just never let you know about your appications. When we decide to sell and buy our next properties in a few years I will be definatley using Stone. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

I had the worst experience with Rod Young. I approached for a property in Ingleburn and from the beginning he was not cooperating with me. He was not answering my calls and messages. I gave him couple of offers and it feels that he does not want me to buy that property. Finally I gave him formal offer and then he informed me that my offer was not accepted though I thought I gave the highest offer with 10% deposit no cooling off, my doubt is he has not presented my offer properly to the vendor. When I called him and asked him why you were not cooperating and answering my message he replied that he did not see my message whereas my iMessage showed message was read, he lied to me. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and everyone has the right to get the equal opportunity. I hope stone real estate camden will see this message and ask the reason for his rude and unacceptable behavior.

My husband and I have had a rental property managed by the Stone Real Estate Camden team since 2013. Communication with the team has always been efficient and seamless.
Tara and Julie in more recent times have 'uped' the standard of property management. They are highly professional, approachable and responsive to emails or phone calls. They have a friendly and caring disposition which has made both us and a our tenants feel cared for during COVID19.
