Went to inspect 2 properties they advertised, both houses were in a shocking state & it was clear they were having disputes with the current tenants. The houses looked horrid in person than in the photos which already means you can’t trust them. And then getting emails straight away…Probably the worst experience looking for a property I’ve had & I have been to alot of inspections over the years!

Jane is absolutely wonderful to work with, it was like having a friend advising you. She really cares about you and was always thorough and professional. She had a great deal of knowledge about the area and answered my endless questions honestly. She made a very stressful and difficult time easy.

Graham gave us valuable advice on how to prepare our house for sale and worked with us patiently and flexibly prior to the sale. He has achieved great outcome and sold our house in less than 2 weeks in the current market condition. We will definitely recommend Graham to anyone who wants to either sell or buy a property.

BEWARE
This particular property manager goes between here and Beecroft picking and choosing who to be painful to.

We had problems from the start.
You start with 1 property manager and after a year end up getting messed around with multiple.

Inspection time and manager was changed last minute.
Only favours the landlord.
More excuses than a dodgy car dealer.
Messed up weekly rent amount after 6 months charging me more.
Lease agreement (construction) was never met by the landlord/agent after 6 months.
Stingy owner was 100% supported by this particular property manager.
No one in that office had any idea, accounts people completely bamboozled over the smallest issue.
Property manager demanded they use their own (on the book) businesses such as carpet cleaning and cleaners, despite being asked multiple times for several quotes.
Property manager was pedantic like we have never seen in 40+ years of family rentals.

I could write a 10 page 0 star review on this agency/manager.

Professional, ethical and efficient!
As a buyer, we had a fantastic experience with Graham and the team at Stone Beecroft who were acting for the Vendor. Graham has been amazing to deal with from the start, and ran an efficient and smooth process all the way to auction. The real highlight was the professional and ethical manner he and the team conducted themselves in, whilst at the same time, being very approachable and personable. Great outcome for all parties involved.

Quite professional agency, Ashleigh/Christie was quite supportive to get my contract done and supported to fix any issues while settling in.

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with this real estate agent and would advise any landlords not to choose them as a property management agent because they do not do their jobs properly by viewing all applications, selecting best candidates and having the property leased in an efficient and timely manner. There are plenty of great property managers out there but this is not the one you should trust.

A confident, authentic and genuine human being. It isn't just about making a sale for Jane, but building a relationship with her vendors. I had called Jane at the end of the day and she still managed to take time out to meet me. She was strategic in how she can execute a sale and was determined. Jane ALWAYS made time from her busy schedule to discuss the sale of my property or answer any questions I had. The difference between Jane and other agents whom I came across, was that she had a plan and knew the execution process. Jane sold my property in 3 weeks! I received all relavant sale details online which made it very convenient for me to look over it anywhere any time. Jane is considerate, realistic and approachable. I put my full faith in her and she she did not disappoint! She made herself available for all house inspections and always took time at the end to discuss buyers thoughts. Jane has been my blessing.
