Extremely poor service. My apartment was not clean when I moved in and windows allowing external access could not be closed. The agent refused to acknowledge the legal obligation to provide secure premises, so, after 3 months of trying to get the windows repaired, I paid for the repairs myself and received only a partial refund after threatening to take the matter to the Rental Tribunal. Also: I was asked to pay a $528 cleaning fee after I vacated despite leaving the apartment in better condition than when I moved in, as supported by the Incoming Inspection Report.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful agency. After arriving for a house inspection they asked me for my details, and as soon as I gave all my details they told me that they were not going to show the property as the exchange of contract has already been finalised. This was 5 hours ago and they have not even updated the ads, so the property is still showing that is going for auction. They do not care about people's time, have ZERO values, very low.
30 minutes after I left they even sent me a txt thanking me for attending the house inspection, ridiculous.

If you are a rental tenant you should take a lawyer with you for the ingoing and out going inspection

We came to inspect 12 Ryan Place, Beacon Hill
at 1pm.
Which still appears as for sale right now. We arrived and the agent got our details, phone, name, suburb etc. And only then they say the property was exchanged in the morning. Why not update the advertisement in Domain to avoid wasting people's time?
