We use StoneMaster for all our properties and have been doing so for a number of years now, they always do a great job and are easy to work with. Top guys, top quality work!

Man, StoneMaster went above and beyond for me. They not only cleaned my tile floors but made them look brand freaking new. The crew was professional, polite, and they worked their butts off to make sure every single tile was squeaky clean. I'm seriously blown away by their service. Highly recommended!

I didn’t have a clue about my slate floors or how to get them from looking dirty no matter how much I cleaned them. Thankfully the lads here took the time to educate me on my type of tile, the work needed and gave me a few options on what to get done. Paid a bit more than I was expecting but they held my hand the entire way and gave me updates if something changed. My floor finally looks clean. Would recommend these lads in a pinch

Recently had some marks on my marble kitchen benches removed by these guys. Had been quoted insane prices elsewhere and was happy to find someone who sounded like they knew their trade well.
The technician who did the job explained how it works and gave me tips to avoid having issues again. The end result was awesome and happy to have my marble looking fresh again. Very grateful!

Beyond Appalling. It cost twice as much to fix the damage they did in 5 attempts to do a simple job. Don't use them. They do not even have any Tradies of their own. They just ring around to find people who might be able to do a job and charge you an undisclosed commission for doing so. No care, no quality, no service.

I tried to ring and ask for a quote, after explaining that the job is, asking them what they recommend around a pool. They hanged up on me. I rang back thinking it might have been an accident, but they did not pick up again. They were rude and abrupt on the phone. Wow, how can they conduct business like this.

I am completely flabbergasted by who appalling the service is. Sitting in my house that has been turned upside down to clear floor space for someone who call themselves ‘stone masters ‘ for absolutely nothing.

First chasing them up to get in touch being promised call backs that never happened. Asking for a quote for a specific amount of square meters not getting the right quote.

Booked in still. Day came no one showed up. Called them apparently they system glitch changed the day OOPS, it’s a glitch but can we still do it at the glitch date. We have taken time off moved our life around had our kids minded and NOTHING.guy comes at 2 PM hours later walks in says oh I thought I was only 5 m2 not 40. Says I’ll just make a call. HE DISAPPEARS WITHOUT A SINGLE EXPLANATION. I have never dealt with anyone like this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Extremely poor service. I have been chasing them for a job to be done Since September. They rarely answer their phone, so I booked in a job in advance- date & time booked. I tried calling the day before to confirm job, no answer. Surprise Surprise. As expected nobody showed up to do the job. Would NOT recommend this company at all.
I tried obtaining another number but they only run off 1 mobile number yet claim they are in all states. FYI - south australia

I would never use this company again. The tradesperson firstly scratched all my windows, cooktop, dishwasher, sink and floor with the grinder. He then applied the sealer with a floor mop (long handle) which did not give even coverage. 3 days later the sealer started to remove in places. I have given them 12 months to repair the damage and they ignore all phone calls and emails. Appalling service and a big waste of money for me!
