Absolutely terrible service!
I needed a small repair for a slight tear in the leather of the drivers seat 12cm approximately. I asked for a vinyl leather repair job instead of perforated leather as its much more expensive, and they agreed, so I booked in.
I dropped my car off at 7am as requested and was told it wouldn't be ready until 5pm. I did not receive a phone call all day even after repeatedly (4x) trying to call them to see if my car was ready. I turned up at 5pm to find my car has been sitting there ready for a while. I was then charged $440 because they put "perforated leather" on without approval and the employee response to when I asked "was that the cost for the vinyl leather" he responded with "aw I'm not sure what they put on".
This is an unorganised, non-professional, overcharging business that I would highly recommend thinking twice to use their services!
Poor effort
I am extremely happy with their service. They were extremely helpful with repairing my partners VY seat. They were faster than their quoted time and went above and beyond to provide us with a repaired seat.
Since the frame of the seat was completely ruined, Adam (apologies if I have given the wrong name) completely rebuilt and replaced the damage parts of my partners seat at the same price as originally quoted.
If you are looking for a seat rebuild or other upholstery related service, I would highly recommend contacting Stitched Up.:)
Best motor trimmers in Australia, absolute craftsman. Would be first preference for any build.

Darren is one of the best upholsters in the country, & its shows. Weather he's working on a million dollar antique sports car, or your every day drive. He gives everyone the same professional treatment & workman ship every time. Awsome bloke, great artist. You won't go anywhere else, once he's done a job for you. Trust me! Plus his workshop is always full of every man's dream toys!
