I recently bought a pattern from here as a gift for someone and Tessa from Stitch was kind enough to turn my pattern into a whole kit for me and post it to Sydney! It arrived beautifully wrapped, and Tessa couldn't have been lovelier, I highly recommend this store for beautiful products and wonderful service!

Well stocked, extremely helpful staff, caters to all kinds of textile and fiber arts handicrafters.

Lovely looking store which I was excited to browse. I went in and was immediately approached by someone asking if I needed help. I explained I was looking to browse and purchase some needles.

I was directed to the needles and given an overview of what was on offer. I must have misheard the staff member when she explained the arrangement of the needles as when I asked for clarification she said rudely "As I just said, there are three types". I apologized for not hearing her the first time although felt I was being berated for not hearing her.

The staff member then stood directly behind me and escorted me straight to the front desk once I had selected my needles to purchase my needles. I felt too uncomfortable to stay and browse so immediately left the store. I would love to go back as the range of products looked great however I would feel awkward if I saw the same member of staff again.

Great service and a fantastic range of needlecraft and knitting materials. Definitely worth a visit.

I love visiting Stitch. It is crammed packed with embroidery, sewing and knitting items. The range of stock is excellent and I can always find what I need.

Stitch is a lovely place to be. Lots of stock with gorgeous stitching and knitting items. Great stitching classes held frequently. I purchased some beautiful yarn to knit a jumper with. I will certainly be going back regularly.

Lovely range of products. Unfortunately I didn't get the welcoming friendly staff other reviews talk about. There was a lady upstairs who did give some assistance but the lady on the till made me feel quite unwelcome when I enquired about the social classes. You always remember how someone made you feel and it wasn't a nice feeling that's for sure.

Staff are so friendly and there's a good variety of stitching supplies! Better to go here than to go to one of the larger retail chains. They have an amazing selection of threads that are of high quality! Fantastic for embroidery!

Highly recommend Stitch fantastic staff I have started to do classes their and I love it I've made fantastic friends on Thu class it's priceless

The staff are incredibly helpful! I am a total knitting novice and the lovely staff member helped me work out the right yarn and how much I needed, plus advised on my pattern, needles etc. They have beautiful yarn in stock, took an order for more of the one I wanted and then when I wasn't sure I'd have enough, said they'd keep some aside for me and I can call them if I decide I need it. Fantastic local store!
