St.George Branch Eastwood

A very bad branch. One tall, thin, male Chinese staff. No service. None. Attitude. Customers will treat you with indifference when they have a very troublesome situation. One of the worst people I have ever seen bar none. I hope this staff will meet someone like him to serve him when he goes to do his business. He can feel the experience for himself。。If you have some problem or trouble. The attitude of some staff is a disaster for you. Adding fuel to the fire

The man on the front helped us to verify IDs in minute and later on reminded us to verify online accounts onsite, professional and patient! And also he can speak Mandarin with the senior customer next, excellent service!

Phyllis Kow is great. She talked through home loans over a few months while I was looking for property. When I decided on something, the application process was quick and easy. She let me know in advance that she was taking a 1 month break during my settlement period, but handed over information to a st George Macquarie Centre colleague who would be able to take care of processed with the conveyancer.

I managed a halfway point in an interest rate negotiation through Ms Kow. A month after settlement, the St George fixed interest rate dropped a tiny bit. I called the St George home loan number and they were able to put my on the new lower interest rate without a break fee.

Highly recommended.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. My elderly mother (81yrs) was ignored and not served for ages. The teller made eye contact but continued to ignore her, the reason? She is Anglo. Eastwood is 99.9% Asian and if you are not their kind, good luck getting service.
