Stewart Toyota Rockdale

I booked using the online system to drop off at 840am and pick up at 315pm as I had a meeting to attend. I came in around 836am dropped it with Chantelle who said it would be at 4pm and they close 430pm. I said I can’t do that time as I had a meeting and she put down 2pm and would call if any issues. I then had a call to add another service from Joe but no indication that time would change seeing as 2pm is noted at the top of the service form on their clipboard. As I was told I would be called if any issues and no call came I went and at circa 239pm to pick up and spoke with Wayne at the service desk and he said they only just started. I said the lady said 2pm. He checked and said it would be another hour and a half. Whilst I understand that things happen, if Chantelle had called like she said she would if there was an issue I could have tried to mitigate my own arrangements in advance. This left me having to make alternate arrangements to do my meeting on the phone. Chantelle then called at 341pm to say car ready. They have a picture noting “Honour, respect and satisfaction” set them apart. Nor today thanks, not today, very poor communication and service.

The customer service experience is great. Nice and easy. Especially Wayne and Rob. Very friendly and professional to solve my issues. I will recommend everyone to go! Thanks, Wayne! I really appreciate it!

Have used their website as requested and also the txt option now 4 times as requested, and have rung 4 times in almost a month, no response. I was advised they only want to sell to panel shops and mechanics and people who want one item are just a waste of time to them. They should have this in there disclaimer.

Excellent kept me informed, quite a alot to be done, service, brakes, replaced discs machined spark plugs replaced. Customer service manager rang me. Mechani c rang me.well done the best yet.

Don't bother buying a car with them if there's a long wait. I know my friends who bought from other dealerships get monthly updates about their order. But here, there is no after-sales communication, no monthly updates on where you are in the waitlist or whether there are any delays. Even after repeated emails and calls, including one which they promised to add me to their email update list two months ago, nothing has been done. Extremely disappointed with the service.

We had consistently very professional experiences having our vehicle serviced with Rockdale Toyota right up to the point of a dealer buy back. They are focused on getting outcomes and being reasonable and courteous. I’d recommend anyone seeking to buy (or sell) a vehicle to not overlook this dealership.

Just picked up my used car today and I can’t thank Jimmy and Toyota Rockdale enough for the service I have received. From the start, everything was up front and I got a great deal and friendly and efficient care. I was constantly kept updated about when it would be ready to be picked up etc and even was given a loan car to use while waiting for it as it was over the New Year period and Jimmy wanted it in A1 condition.

It takes them all day from early morning to the end of day to do a simple service. Not possible to book an appointment to come for a particular time like everywhere else.

I was very happy with the service, Jimmy and Phillip were friendly, professional and helpful, and getting my car delivered was a great help.

I purchased a beautiful used Lexus IS350 from these guys recently and could not be happier with the whole experience from beginning to end. They were happy to meet me on the trade price and everything from finance to delivery was top level. Special thanks to Jimmy, Phil, Kish, Tamsin and the rest of the team!

Friendly but extremely sales orientated. Helpful but the sales pitch was a little overwhelming.

Do not service your car here, mechanics do not care about your car, breaking and dirtying it, taking it for job rides doing 60km/h over speed humps, all caught on dash cam.

Josh is fantastic. I turned up without appointment but Josh explained things to be very patiently. He even arranged a test drive for me.
