Steves Airport Transfers

I booked airport transfers to and from Byron Bay for my son and his mates during Schoolies week. It was easy to book online and communication was excellent. We received messages the day before the flights confirming pick up, with the drivers name and contact number. Everything was seamless and the price was very competitive for private transfers. Would definitely use Steves Transport again and would recommend to others.

We hired the Hummer for our wedding transport and couldn't have been happier with the service. Zac (driver) was prompt, patient and accommodating for our speciall day. A pleasure to work with.

Steve's Transfers helped us out last minute when we realised that we had made a booking with another transfer company who no longer existed! They were super kind and helpful, and very efficient! Transfers from the airport and back were right on time. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately our outcome using this service was very poor. We were picked up late, we factored in 2 hours before our flight, which was not enough. We were so late, that me missed our flight. We reached out to this service about our inconvenience, but they did not reply. Not even an apology.

I will not be using this service again.

I took Steve’s shuttle from Ballina airport to my accommodation in Byron Bay. The service was impecable! Steven's transport was a great, cost efficient way to go from Ballina airport to my location. Driver was very friendly and overall experience really good, I highly recommend it.

Booked a transfer the day before my trip and was helped out by the wonderful Courtney who made booking very easy. Picked up the next day by the very friendly Craig who was a delight to chat to on the way, very enthusiastic and made a quick stop at a lookout as we had some extra time which was a nice surprise. I will definitely use Steve’s Airport Transfers again and again. Great prices and great company. Love to support reliable, local businesses!

Friendly staff, good service. I used them from Ballina Airport to Byron, then return. I had to change my pick up location in Byron, and staff were helpful and could accomodate - I don't know Byron Bay well - so the they suggested a convenient location.

Vey lovely service, Craig was the best such a lovely chat and we even stopped over at a look at which is a plus would totally recommend and would use again next time i come to byron

We booked one way from Byron to the airport. Steve transport was great! Reliable, bang on time, plenty of room. Easy to book and prepay online too. I would choose Steve’s everytime. Slighter cheaper than an Uber and definitely more reliable.

Whenever I fly to Byron I always use Steve’s Shuttle as it’s just so easy and reliable and takes that one little bit of stress out of travelling.

Would highly recommend this service and a particular shout out to Craig who went above and beyond! Very nice of him to stop by a stunning viewpoint to see if we can spot some whales as there was plenty of time till I needed to be back at the airport

Craig aka. The DIAMOND. This is the second time I’ve been driven by this rock star and I can tell you he’s a real GEM. He even took us on a lovely detour to end our trip on a happy ending. No need to recharge when you have the best driver in town.

Craig is a legend! Drove us from Ballina to the front of our house in Byron! There was 6 of us and he gave detailed descriptions of the best places to see and go to in Byron. Super helpful!

Our driver Craig was incredibly warm, friendly and hilarious! You've gotta love when someone puts their whole heart and energy into their job. He also helped by listing all the best places for my partner and I to visit during our stay, and pointed out the easy shortcuts into town. Overall, an absolutely wonderful start to our first time in Byron Bay!
