First time going to SM Hair and have never been more pleased with a cut and colour.
Absolutely love my hair, couldn't stop smiling (and looking at myself) the rest of the day.
Good vibes, lovely people, welcoming and most importantly knowledgeable and absolute artists.
Will go again, and will recommend.

Amazing hairdressers! Very knowledgeable and competent Came out with exactly what colour I asked for today which is rare in this area. Just the little extra touches such as hot towel with a scalp massage and offered a drink. Brilliant service from start to finish!

Amazing, went there after some recent stuff arounds with a previous hair dressers and couldn't be happier. Nailed the colour I wanted amd the cut is perfect.

I'm a curly girl (mix from 2b to 3a hair) amd whilst not a curly hair salon they new enough to cater to curly girls and get everything right.

BEST HIGHLIGHTS EVER - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALS

I am incredibly grateful for SMH staff and Steven himself, for my time at his salon. I was quite anxious about having to take my 1 year old with me last minute (carer was close contact) upon calling to reschedule, staff were reassuring and welcoming.
At the salon I had the amazing Tegan working on my hair, spoiling me with coffee, biscuits, water etc.and giving my baby girl some attention too. At some point I was unable to tend to my baby and Steven was sooo kind, playing, chatting and even feeding my daughter. It was so heartwarming, I felt they really meant when they told me not to worry about taking her with me.
All these little gestures added for a lovely experience for myself and my Camilla.
NOW BACK TO MY HAIR, I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I have been recommending to all my girlfriends and everyone that compliments me for my hair.

Steven and his staff were amazing they listened to everything that I had requested dot they made sure I had tea coffee or water at all times. They made sure I was very comfortable with the hairstyle and colour! 100% recommend them

Just Wow. From booking online to being welcomed on arrival at the salon and to the final experience of wash, cut and dry. Add a coffee to that. Perfect. Staff were amazing. The BEST salon in the MacArthur area and beyond. I love their attitude to hair! They're honest with you from the outset to ensure you receive the best possible service and outcome. The staff always go above and beyond, are professional, knowledgeable and extremely skillful at what they do. Great local business, always love my haircuts, quick and just as I want it, Shania is fantastic at making my hair style suit me and giving honest advice when I ask her for style tips. Great customer service with complimentary beverages offered, gorgeous modern facilities. Very affordable price. Parking is shared with other businesses so can be busy, I was a little late as had to look for parking but plenty of offstreet parking also. Would definitely recommend Steven Michael Hair.

I absolutely love going to Steven Michael Hair. Steven is amazing at what he does. The vibe at the salon is just like going to your best friends house to hang out. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. They were on time and thanks to Ali my head massage was superb. I went in with an open mind and knew I wanted a bit of a change but not sure what. Teihgan was happy to look at some of my ideas and made it her own, still taking into account the length I wanted and layers I asked for. She did a fantastic job, nothing was too much.
